Regency Tirunelveli By GRT Hotels

We visited on a business trip and stayed for two nights. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting great attention to detail.||||We had the pleasure of interacting with the Front Office Manager, Security Officer, and Housekeeper--all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shoutout to Ramesh from the Food & Beverage department--his service was outstanding. He is truly an asset to the GRT group.||||The food was absolutely delectable, adding to the overall experience.||||As a hotelier with 20 years of industry experience, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional teamwork across all levels and departments. It's rare to witness such unity and dedication regardless of designation. Kudos to the entire team for delivering such a memorable experience.

Room is very nice and spacious. Nice terraace. No balcony in rooms. Food is excellent. Receptionists were friendly. Bed sheets/pillow covers were a bit smelly. Booking car with hotel reception was 4 - 5 times expensive Vs Fast track booking. For a 25km round trip travel with one hour waiting time,hotel asked 2400Rs. It costed only 500+ with Fast track!!

Very nice stay. Rooms are super comfortable and food is great. The coffee and snacks at 5pm were amazing too. Breakfast was surprisingly good; the spread was quite nice and everything was top notch in taste and quality. Service was awesome and special thanks to Simran for making put stay super special

Decent place in the heart of the city. Rooms were well lit and neat. They don't have an in-house vegetarian restaurant. That's the only set back. Breakfast buffet is was elaborate and delicious too. Mood card near the entry is definitely a mood elevator .

We have been staying at GRT properties since last few years. Like other properties, this one too maintains same high standards in all aspects from room tidyness, quality of bed and linen, quality of food and variety of spread etc.. All staff are very polite and courteous. Front desk are very helpful and good in their work. Even the driver accomodation was pretty decent . |Specially great value for the cost.||Thank you GRT Tirunelveli team for your kind hospitality and making our stay so pleasant .||Thank you and hope you continue to maintain the gold standards in hospitality !

After completing our trip to Madurai- Again we stayed in GRT at Nellai. It was good experience and breakfast buffet spread was good. My children enjoyed the spread. The location is near to shopping places. Easily accessible and provided extra bed as well.

The whole experience is good. There is a friendly environment in the whole place where every member of the staff is helpful.||The food, particularly, south Indian choices, are excellent. The restaurant Nadodi has excellent staff who answer your questions about how spicy a dish would be. This helps to make choices.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the smooth check-in process to the helpful recommendations on local spots, they made the stay feel personalized. Housekeeping was thorough, and requests were addressed promptly, whether it was for extra towels or directions around town.
