Laura Paradise Inn

Location is very near to Palai new bus stand. Service is very poor and they have centralised solar water heater which is not enough to serve all the rooms. we faced challenge in using hot water for kids. This residency is not recommended during winter seasons

Very poor service at the reception. My team and I visited for a government engineering college audit. We received very poor treatment. We waited 30 minutes for room arrangement, and the customer service was very poor. The bathroom door in room 210 was also in poor condition, and the lift was not working. Not worth the money.

Worst hotel for stay. Very rude to customers. Rani in reception and also all room service boys behave very rude. Don't even think of booking in Laura paradise. Just a hell experience if you stay here.

Very worst experience. No hospitality towards their customers. Rooms are too bad. Insects are taking over the place more than the customers. Overall the worstest experience in this hotel. Please fond any other best hotels around the city.

Worst rooms not clean at all no amenities for this price range. Front receptionist very rude behaviour. For this price range go for some other rooms. Very bad customer service. Don't go for it .

I have taken 5 rooms on 03.02.2025 and response from the reception Lady was not at all acceptable.The way of talking is Rubbish.she is not fit for a receptionest. With out given extra bed charges are also mentioned in the bill. Very Worst service. Robert Anthony

Very worst. Customer service is very bad. They made the customer to wait very long. Not many dish available at noon.
