Hotel Sree Annamalaiyar Park

Bad experience. Reception staff was very bad. We could not take out our vehicle from the car parking since one of their guest parked their vehicle blocking the drive way. Despite informing the front office about our urgency to take a train they took no serious effort to clear the vehicle. Finally after waiting for more than 15 minutes we have to hire an auto from outside to catch our train. We could have missed the train if we have waited to use our vehicle. The other guests may be prestigious or important for them. The food quality is very poor. Complimentary breakfast is very poor. Don't think of lunch and dinner. Toilets are very badly maintained. Beds are pathetic since the cushions almost flattenedout and you have to jump out from the bed. You cannot get up. During my earlier stay also faced lot of issues. Definitely not a good hotel to stay. Will not recommend .

We were having disappointing experience with the engagement event booked on 19.1.2025. It sounds frustrating when service quality doesn't meet expectations, especially for such a significant occasion.services such as the placement of welcome drinks, food quality, and untrained staff are not good.waste of money.

15 of us stayed at the hotel and were provided with excellent service. The rooms were all allocated on the same floor and very comfortable. The breakfast served was very tasty and they were willing to serve items that we requested for dinner. Overall excellent service all around.

Very worst service. Deluxe room is better than suite room. No cleaning, no hot water, bad washroom, dirty bedsheets. Over rate for given service. Morning food not hot and same menu everyday.

The hotel is clean, the location is very silent. But the problem is the bed, seems the room I was staying was a old one, the bed is too soft for a heavy person like me. I finally slept on the floor, I asked for a soft bedsheet but was not provided in the late night. The bathroom accessories are also too old.

Very bad experience for me.maintance is very poor.lift service is very worst..lift stucked for10 mins.due to power cut. Inside the lift no power and no light...(I remembered MANJUVEL BOYS movie situation) Not only for me another one lady also faced this problem she was a bold pressure patient... It's very risk for kids...so don't book this hotel.. I trusted make my trip but very disappointed....

Had the worst nightmare in this hotel. Room was horrible and especially the toilet. Room wasn't cleaned, it was full of dust and looked like someone has already used it. Amenities were worse, there was only one towel with stains on it, kettle left with water, also rusty. We then asked for a different room.,which was given. But ofcourse the AC didn't work, the person who came to check told us it would take a few mins for it to work...however that wasn't the case. We were then so fed up and super tired, so we just put up with it. The second room also was not vaccumed, the hot water in shower will only come for a minute. You will have to wait for a while then do some work with the shower turn on and turn off and then the water would come for a minute. Bidet was horrible as well. On the day of checkout lift didn't work and roof was leaking after rain. Please don't stay here.

Worst hotel, the rooms are not clean, no hot water, the LIFT in this hotel is very dangerous, my brother got stuck inside the LIFT and came out only after 8mins, no proper maintenance, washroom are not maintened well, the mattress spring is totally gone, unable to sleep peacefully, unable to wait in the lobby no AC in lobby, sweating, we booked through makemytrip.... Very much disappointed.
