Hotel South Avenue

Very worst rooms. I travelled with my family and booked this hotel as they 3 plus reviews in make my trip. There is no ventilation in rooms and it was suffocating. The bed were not clean and the towels were very dirty and stained. Beds had bed bugs and we had infections later. Pls do not book this hotel. The pics shown are taken more than a decade, full rooms looks very bad and broken. I had compliant this to the management. Very poor rooms.

Definitely not worth their tariff.. Also they don't even provide you water.. no soaps.. nothing.. No shops nearby to buy also.. Receptionists are not that professional.. Rooms not that neat.. just the bed is fine.. too small.. bathrooms not that clean..

The room was ok. The toilet door was dirty and lighting was not sufficient. It's dull. An additional 2 to 3 bulbs or a single tubelight would have provided good lighting. Otherwise the bedding was good.

Broken Main Door, NO Professional Room Service, Bullshitting Restaurant Bills (if u have 3 coffees they'll charge for 6 coffees - won't reimburse even after notifying). NOT EVEN a single water bottle is on Complimentary Basis. ROOMS Not Worthy To Their TARIFFS. Even Though Rooms were available deliberately allotted GROUND FLOOR first room where as NO privacy. But Better Than ARYAAS Residency. IF THEY RECTIFY ALL THESE DEFICIENCIES, IT'LL BE OK on MINIMIZED TARIFFS.

Below par place. Room was with pungent smell. Saw cockroaches in walls. Changed another room. But they never cleaned the room and rest room. It was stinky. Not even they changed the towel for two days. They have to improve a lot. Fit for frequent oneday visitors not for stay.

Though we get a warm welcome from the hotel people, the rooms should be improved. Ac is not working properly. And they've added that most of the rooms are like that. As per our request, they've given us another room. But that room was looking very old, even the floor tiles were making noise. Our kids are not feeling comfortable. Not satisfied with the food(breakfast and dinner) too. Food prices are very costly.

Not good rooms, no complimentary water bottles and breakfast. Room quality needs improvement. Wifi not working. TV not working properly. AC condition not good. In total not worth for money & to stay.
