Hotel Imperial Regency

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!! Laughable service. The service was so poor. The room had broken tiles in many places and was simply covered by the carpet. We were not given any water while we were checking in the place. Nor did anyone come and enquire us about the water. The verandah to the room reeked of cigarette smell. This place looks like a stay for people to get drunk and smoke. The bedsheets were not clean enough. The only good takeaway I could get from this stay was, it had clean bathroom. That was the only saving grace.

Visited recently and had 2 nights of stay at this hotel. It was an average experience overall. The provided room had broken floor tiles which was little uncomfortable while moving around the room. The toilet was not clean and hot water facility was not available at all times. The staff was ok in supporting the guest needs but wanted to highlight the service of Mr. Kannan who was very polite and helpful with any queries related to Tirunelveli and it's local bus facilities.

I had a pleasant stay during my recent trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep, and the housekeeping did a good job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff was polite and helpful, although nothing particularly stood out in terms of service. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. It's a solid option if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay without too many frills. All in all, it's a reliable choice for a short visit.

Everything was good. Neat and Clean. Manager murali was friendly and helpful. Room boy kannan was always 1 call away and fast!

Very poor hospitality. Every basic request takes 30 mins, like water not coming in tap. Water heater doesn't dispense hot water. Shower not dispensing water to bath. Broken Plug point plastered with tap. You can't be sure if it devices are charging or not. Other rooms in our group were pretty unclean... First and last visit.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Imperial Regency. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's welcoming ambiance and attention to detail. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, offering modern amenities, spacious rooms, and a serene atmosphere. The staff, overall, were courteous and professional, always ready to assist. I highly recommend Imperial Regency for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Had taken a family room, the AC was leaking and non functional, the tap in the bathroom was broken, the showehead was not working. The wait time for room service was very slow and at times they would barge in without knowing if someone is staying in the room or not. The towels provided were torn and had holes and when we spoke to the manager about it, we heard back that it was we who were wrong.

Good experience overall! The hotel had all the basics. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and the staff was very welcoming. Location was perfect. Especially, the parking was spacious and conveniently located right next to the entrance.
