Very poor quality hotel. The female receptionist who comes in morning is the WORST. Absolutely rude and unprofessional person. Don't know how she has been such an important job! I wanted to complain the owner regarding this woman's behaviour, but she gave me the wrong number. Staff is lazy. Does not want to work. All of them are having a party on the owner's money. Room quality is the worst. Lizard poo everywhere. Cockroaches floating around. Filled with Mosquitoes. See the pictures to know the quality of the rooms. My room was 401. Overall a very very bad hotel. Don't spend your money here. Use Goibibo and find a better hotel with genuine reviews.

The lady receptionist is extremely rude. The bedsheet and the pillow cover n towel we're extremely dirty and covered with stains. When i asked the lady receptionist to change the bedsheet she refused but the man in reception told to change. When i called the lady receptionist she kept the receiver aside when I came downstairs to talk she said it was busy mistake. The bathroom stinks so bad. Not clean at all. Room service was great but rooms are not up to the mark. Don't buy water bottle from this hotel it's not sealed.

Good place for a decent stay and medium budget.

They maintain only the reception area. Rooms are worst Not cleaned. Rooms are fully dust. Worst bathroom room, closet are broken, no hot water, AC not working. Don't take hotel for families.

Very poor in hygiene. Bathrooms are dirty. The WC had hair on it, meaning it wasn't cleaned after the previous guest. Rooms are dirty. Food stains on the side console and linen. Again goes to show no interest in cleaning. Paid 1000 for AC room. Could have found better for that price.

Not good for family stays, thr rooms are unclean, bed sheets blankets and towels are old and not clean at all. Water stagnates in the bathroom and mosquitoes are a menace at night. Wouldn't recommend stay at this hotel.

Super facility... Room service superb... They knows what ever super one is available in where ever ...Rooms are maintained in neat and tidy... rent also cheap... situated at Heart of the city.
