Hotel Afna Park

I booked this hotel based on the reviews on Google. I booked through yatra.com. I got a confirmation that the room has been booked and I had paid the entire amount. Within few hours I get a mail from the hotel asking to cancel the booking as the room was not available. Understanding it, I went to cancel the booking and it showed i would have to pay a cancellation charges of Rs 79. The point here is the cancellation charges could be 79 or 790, that is not the issue. These guys instead of cancelling the booking from their side asked me to cancel which i believe if I did, it won't have any impact on the hotels rating or partnership with yatra. I had replied stating I would cancel if they issue refund of the cancellation charges of Rs 79. To which I still haven't got a response. This is such unprofessional behaviour going behind the customer to cancel the booking. I am attaching the screenshot for proof. The way a prospective customer is treated shows their professionalism. I will never book this hotel.

Stayed here for a friends wedding. The rooms are good, comfortable and cozy. The cost is also affordable. They provide complimentary breakfast and the restaurant has a good atmosphere with great varieties of food.

This was my first time staying here,the rooms are neat and clean. They provide complimentary breakfast with variety, they advised us to taste all the food options and really it was tasty. They also have restaurant in the ground floor,food is good. The front desk team was guided nearby by spots to visit and also offered a discount on my stay. Highly recommended for business and family travellers.

The rooms are neat and clean. The staff are courteous and food served is of good quality. Downstairs there is a veg restaurant. Ulli oothappam and panangkalkandu milk one must try without fail. excellent taste and ambience.

This hotel, despite its prime location, good rooms, and breakfast, disappointingly doesn't provide complimentary extra water bottles.

We hosted an Engagement and Wedding function in June'24 here. Right from the beginning the hotel staffs were very helpful and professional. We had 2 days event they took care of everything. We were very happy about the food, environment and the friendly staff. I definitely recommend the hotel for stay as well as hosting big functions.
