I booked a room through booking. com. But OYO took full money from my card. The front desk guy refused to give me room for online payments. Since it is 10. 30 pm and I was terribly tired, I paid Rs 1600 to his personal upi id and got the room. Please avoid this property. No bill. No receipts.

Deluxe rooms are very spacious. Old type rooms but large and neat and clean rooms. Will get a good rate if you book through online platforms. Mini fridge in the room. The TV is in working condition but the screen got damaged little bit.

Initially, there was some confusion and disagreement concerning payment of room rent. However, after contacting the customer services of both OYO and Booking.com, it was resolved. The room was huge and spacious! It was comfortable. I felt the bathrooms could be better compared to the rooms -- it didn't quite match the quality of the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

I stayed here with my family and room is good. Rooms and Restrooms are clean. Just opposite to Sidha hospital in Tiruneveli and almost location is center. Accessible to shopping and restaurants near by. Reception is friendly too. Paid a amount to extend my check out time and it was flexible. Madhuram Hot Spot restaurant is next to this and food was nice there too. Overall it was a good stay. Only hiccup was, you need to get your wifi password everyday to use internet.

Decent rooms. Got a real good offer. 3 rooms in 4.5 k for a night. Not bad. The rooms are really big. Water is good. Have refrigerator and TV and wifi. There is elevator and proper parking underground. Beds and air conditioning are good. They didn't provide dental kit. Good hotel
