Saaral Resorts Courtallam

Our team stayed at Saaral Resort, and I can say it's the best resort in Courtallam we've been to. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the view of the waterfalls was amazing. Perfect for a fun trip with friends

One of the better joints to stay in the vicinity of most waterfalls of Courtallam We stayed at Saaral Resorts for a day in October 2024. This located right on the main road, leading to the Old falls, which means a very accessible property. The rooms are relatively spacious, with most rooms having a sit out. What we liked about this resort is the spacious frontage, with a number of slots for parking of cars. One could take a leisurely walk around this area. The rooms could be maintained better, as for example we had to call the housekeeping staff twice to clean the marble table top which had a kind of coffee-like stain. The linen supplied was not of fairly poor quality. The sit out is helpful is drying a couple of things like inner garments etc. There is a restaurant within the complex, which we found to be quite sleepy. During our visit the restaurant does not seem to be patronised by many staying at the complex. Those manning the front desk could do with some training in orientation and customer handling. Overall, a decent property (also considering the availability of similar properties in the vicinity) for those visiting the tourist town of Courtallam.

We stayed for 3 nights in this property and maintenance is very poor. It's not worth for the value of the money they are charging specifically for those rooms in the reception block. I am sharing the snaps of rest room doors which clearly shows the quality of the property. In the restaurant also during morning breakfast the responses of staff is also very disappointing.

For our weekend getaway, Saaral Resort was perfect. It's calm and quiet, and you can hear the sound of waterfalls from your room. A great place to relax with the team

As a team, we had a great time at Saaral Resort. If you want a luxury resort in Courtallam, this place is really good. The rooms were comfortable, the food was tasty, and the place was peaceful and relaxing

Good easy to locate. Rooms were good last year. This year they were little disappointing. Wall paper were torn. Tables were not clean. As there is a castle farm adjacent, very bad odour in the room.

We also tried the spa at Saaral Resort as a team, and it was really relaxing. It's one of the best spa resorts in Courtallam. The treatments were good, and the calm environment made it even better
