One word- Good Experience! I had stayed here with my whole family of 9 people booking 2 double bed rooms which were hygiene and well maintained. The host is very prompt to all the needs that we had. He was kind and dealt all our needs and arrangements with utmost patience. They also helped us with the arrangement of transport for Kancheepuram local shopping. Over all would highly recommend this place for stay, especially if you are travelling with families.

A very homely atmosphere in this little home stay. Mr. Saravanan was very helpful in arranging an auto rickshaw for our local sight seeing and provided us with everything that we requested for. It is on the outskirts of the city so it was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.

This was my first time at a homestay, and I have come back with a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at a homestay again! And the location was peaceful and quiet and budget friendly And finally I satisfy with the stay

Owner Saravanan (brother) super person you Can book stay without second thought. His hospitality is too good. You feel you are in home. Nice location and very reasonable price we got the room for 8 person's, He helped and guide me to visit the temple in peak time with locations of temple. Thank you brother

Its a very old house converted to homestay. For the same price will get a better one. No smiling face we can see. The owner himself takes care of everything. I don't recommend.

Owner is very friendly and helpful.He called us and guided us until we reached the location and constantly guided us.He even arranged the auto pick up and drop. Must recommend stay for homely environment

I stayed here with my family & parents. It was a two day stay. The host stays in the first floor. I had a best experience. I was little apprehensive booking this place first thinking it its in a remote area , but I got call from Saravan, who is the host after booking is completed. He offered me good service and I received every help that I needed. I was with my family, including a 1 year old baby, and parents. Saravan bought us the breakfast and dinner from the nearby restaurant upon request, since going in two wheeler is more easy. He arranged us auto rickshaw to visit the temple. He did all these service without any expectations. We felt like we are at home. We received the property as tidy and organized. Has got two big bedrooms. Hot water available always and aquaguard for fresh water. Btw, Swiggy is available, we availed once. The home is good, have safe parking place, CCTV, situated in a developing residential area, nearby home and budget friendly restaurants & hygienic. Kitchen is also available to use. A little flexibility is available in terms of checkin and checkout if not no booking is there for property. Kind of easily reachable to this property (we went in car) with Google maps, not in a too rigid roads. One of the primary purpose of our visit was temple visit, the Kanchi temple is nearby. There seems a railway station nearby, if so, the distance to this home from the station is also very less. One thing to keep in mind is, in order to go to the second room, you have to go through the first room. Meaning the first room is actually a Living space converted to bedroom with big bed and all, the second room in the corner which we will reach via the hall area. For us, it was 100% fine. Improvements needed (in my perspective): Fridge is not available, but Saravan helped us keeping our milk in his house which is up stairs Wish if few more plates and utensils be provided in kitchen and towels too Slight leak in Aquaguard.
