One other hotel in the name of a resort, very interior from the main road and not easily accessible. Food is limited to no options. They send you a fancy menu card, don't be received they are quite expensive. Their portion size doesn't justify the price. The resort doesn't have a manager to handle your feedback or for any complaints. They refuse to get you in touch with the management. You will certainly be at the receiving end should you choose this property.

Rooms were average and lacked basic amenities like towels. Food tasted good but the portions were extremely small and overpriced--Chicken Biryani had just a neck piece for 270, and other dishes barely had 1-2 small pieces. No complimentary water provided. When we asked for the manager's contact, the receptionist refused. Definitely not a professional experience. Check food quantity before ordering.

Avoid this place; they are cheating. I booked a birthday function for a maximum of 100 guests and specifically requested food for 100 people. I invited only 95, and only 85 attended. However, Elaa Resort charged me for 145 plates without any prior mention of plate count. I have no idea how they arrived at 145, and they are searching to show the bill for the plates purchased. It was a terrible experience, and their response was completely unacceptable. I will never come back to this place again.

I recently stayed at Elaa Resort and unfortunately, my experience didn't meet expectations. While the room rate was quite high, the amenities were far from satisfactory. The bathroom flush didn't work properly, which was incredibly frustrating, and the TV wasn't functioning either. Given the steep price, I expected much better quality and functioning facilities. I hope they address these issues in the future, but as of now, I can't recommend it based on my stay.

Cottage: The cottages offer privacy and comfort with modern amenities. The peaceful surroundings make it an excellent spot for relaxation. Lawn: The lush green lawn is spacious and perfect for outdoor activities. It's well-lit at night, making it a great place . Wedding Hall: The hall is well-organized, and the management ensures smooth event execution. The decor can be customized, making it suitable for different wedding themes.

I recently organized my daughter's first birthday outdoor photo shoot at Elaa Resort and stayed there for one night with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional service and support provided. For anyone planning a photo shoot or event in the Trichy or Pudhukottai area, I highly recommend Elaa Resort as the ideal choice. The food quality is excellent, though it is advisable to place your order in advance to ensure they can make the necessary arrangements. A suggestion for Elaa Resort: Please ensure the swimming pool is cleaned after events so that the next guests can use it comfortably.

The worst ever experience I have had so far. If You're bringing kids please don't visit. No cleanliness and we went with the frnds and our kids. My kid n my friend's kids got allergies in full of their body. 1. Workers wore dirty uniforms and they are small boys. And lack of staffs 2. If you order anything they will bring it in a hour or more. Be it anything.. You have to keep reminding them or else you won't get what you ordered. 3. I paid 2500 per room which has no-WiFi and the TV doesn't works and no complementary breakfast too. 4. Cockroach everywhere in the room. And the room we booked is garden room and it's completely a shit. I expected a something and it was total waste of money. 5. The people in the reception even told me the management is extremely bad. After the issue they refunded me 2k . And only good thing is resort looks good in the exterior and it's good for conducting events.

One of the worst resort and worst maintenance..It is not safe for children's. There is no any facilities in the room for the cost 3500. Waste of money. Room was filled with cockroaches and no proper cleaning and where we faced bed bugs which caused allergy to children. There are not serving hygienic food also for the given cost.
