Vivid - A Boutique Hotel

The hotel is on the main area- near Chatram Bus stand. Nice Ambiance. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Neat and clean lobby. Courteous staff. Easy access. Parking space is available in the basement with very steep ramp. Good drivers will have no problem. The Breakfast spread was good. Value for money. I recommend this hotel for upcoming travelers.

We had a pleasent and very comfortable stay at the hotel. It is located on the bus stand and is in close proximity to all temples. Though the hotel has both veg and non veg and we are veg, the food was excellent. I would recommend it to all

Good hotel with last minute bad experience. We stayed here for 2 nights and had made payment for late check out by 6pm and personally requested for extra 1 hour but denied.They told the following system but how a bout your bfast system which is full crab. No buffet bfast. All need order and had to wait and keep ask waiter whr is my order.!!!. Hope improve everything and dont just keep talk about rules, we also pay money not simply ask for free but same time dont cut tourist throat with price.

During my recent stay at Vivid Hotel in Trichy, I encountered several issues that fell short of my expectations very much Upon arrival at 6 am, I found the reception staff asleep, which, although not ideal, was somewhat understandable. However, the lack of lighting in the reception area was unusual. Furthermore, there was confusion regarding my booking, and I was initially allocated a single room instead of the deluxe room I had booked. Later, I had to move to another room. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and the solution offered was to use a coffee stick (check video) to activate the AC switch, which I found surprising. I would like to respectfully request that Vivid Hotel provide their customers with basic amenities, considering the premium rates they charge. Additionally, the breakfast spread was limited, and the quality of the food was not up to par. As a result, I opted to have breakfast outside for the next two days. I hope that the hotel management will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure the long-term sustainability of their business.

It's near to the chathiram bus stand which is mostly crowded and congested area. But hotel is good, parking is not there you could park a very minimum number of card on the hotel opposite and on the road itself. Hall is a smaller one and could occupy some 75 people. But good one

The room was stylish, cozy, and impeccably clean--exactly what you'd hope for in a boutique hotel. The decor throughout the hotel is modern and vibrant, with unique touches that really live up to the "vivid" name. I especially appreciated the little details--like complimentary refreshments and a super comfy bed--that made the stay feel extra special. The location is also perfect--close enough to all the main attractions, but tucked away just enough for a peaceful night's sleep.
