Very Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I would have given zero stars if that were an option. I booked a single room and checked in at 5:00 AM, only to find a tiny room that was not worth the Rs. 1512/- charged. The room was extremely unhygienic, lacked proper ventilation, and the toilet was in such poor condition that even public toilets might be a better alternative. To make matters worse, no blanket, towel, or soap was provided. There was no hot water, and basic amenities were completely missing. The staff seemed more interested in collecting money than providing even the most basic services. Every small need -- including electricity -- had to be requested separately. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

When I checked IN. I was offered a room which was already used by another customer. The receptionist stated it was small mistake and we did not know. The closet did not have a flush button the tap was broken. The toilet floor look yellow in color. The front desk and staff were not professional dressed. They lack manners. The hotel was suggested by Agoda app. I had the worst experience. I would give 0 ratings. I would never recommend this hotel,college girls, working women and families kindly be cautious.

I booked single room here, while checking with Mr.Abdul receptionist on the before day to book in advance, he said not required please check-in directly the next morning at Rs.1350/-, while I'm checked in the early morning 5:45 a.m, Another person was in reception Mr.Boopathy said there is no single room available, but another room available for Rs.1500/-. Then I paid in online Rs.1344/- at early morning 5:45a.m, they said A.C will not work, room will be not clean, bla bla bla......... Confusing me. Also they said no complimentary breakfast they didn't provided me, hotel management to take action or steps to avoid such improper response. Request to receive customer with whole heartedly, customer service is very very poor. Also bathrooms need be cleaned in proper. Thanks for understanding.

Very good and warm hotel with freindly staf. My friend and husband stay there for connecting trip. Easy to access for both bus and tran. The room is comfortable. Check in easy and purely nice officets. Will recommen to other friend that visit to trichy

Worst rooms no ac working, staff are very rude and not responding well. Not worth for money. Bad experience not at all recommended

Myself and wife aged 79 and 71 stayed in Room 508 in Second Floor from 19th Dec to 21st Dec 24. We both were stuck in between 1st and 2nd Floor at 12.20 PM in the Lift. There was no response from the reception lady when I made calls to the Landline as well as Mobile. We have been suffocating nearly 30 minutes and after huge suffering we were released by some person. The reception lady was irresponsible and there was no Manager to report the issue. When I enquired this has happened in the recent days also in last night also. To safeguard the life of senior people like us , kindly do not allow Top Floors to them when there were no take care people at the Lodge. Some remedial action is need to be be taken . Otherwise the Lodge is Okay for Budget Travellers

We visit big hotels with good ambience close to bus stand to use descent washroom. Horrible experience. No handshower. Flush didn't work. Washrooms in such restaurants should be given top priority maintenance. Average food. They didn't provide even menu card. Soon after meals, they gave me bill. I had plans to drink something. They didn't even ask me

I had a very disappointing experience at your hotel. The staff behavior was unprofessional and they were very rude while speaking. The service was extremely poor. This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel.. They didn't allow us to even refresh and asking 3000/- for 5 mins..
