TMR Residency

The Room is very spacious. Uninterrupted Air Conditioning and hot water is available. A lift facility is available. The attached restaurant Annavasal is very spacious and the quality of food is good. We had a complementary breakfast and they served an all south indian menu. The taste is good. The coffee is really good. This property has enormous car parking and full time security is there. The ambience of this hotel is good and located on a nearby palpannai junction.

Dear visitors, I visited this place for My Friend's Reception, In the beginning this place named as hotel Marvic now it was renamed as TMR Residency, It's a grand Residency. they providing food, room for receptionist so you can book as per your convenience, so for me my Friend arranged me a room here to stay for reception, it was neat and clean room all working staffs are good and friendly it is more helpful for new visitors , also they have Wide parking area for both car and bike.. Important thing is it is located in main junction area in Trichy it is more helpful for all who come from long distance.. Overall it is grand residency, you can come and check before booking..Thank you Visitors..

It's a renovated place but not a resort. Room are spacious with good hot water and AC. However not a 3 star hotel as breakfast was basic south Indian no juice or fruits or breads, also extra bed was only mattress. No hair dryers available.

We arrived very late. Before I go to sleep, I saw a reddish brown insect in the bed. But I ignored it because I was tired. In the morning my partner saw that they're bitten in a cluster shape. We're worried that it was bedbugs. We are very disappointed at this point. Generally the beds, walls and everything was very unclean. The breakfast was good but nothing is worth it, if we take bedbugs with us home.

The hotel is not maintained properly, it was very dirty, the sheets were full of stains, we found insects in the bed, which later after bites realised they were bed bugs, no soap or toilet paper and the AC was turning off constantly, which made it hard to rest as the temperature was changing all the time. The food was great though. Update: they didn't even react when we told them they had bed bugs.

Overall I loved the service. Parking arrangements could be better.

Worst room service. Totally money minded
