The kaya inn

Neat budget rooms! Location is on the west side of Srirangam temple. This is a residential area, had to travel near temple for a good restaurant. 12 noon check in and check out, hence they will ask minimum quarter room rent for early check in or late check out. Room assistance is poor, reception desk remain closed most of the time. We have to call the owner number for assistance. Staff speak only local langauge and not understanding English or Hindi. If one is looking for neat budget rooms, this hotel is the best choice. Toilet is clean.

Rooms are small and okayish.. But nea to temple is a plus. Lift is not available.. Their have charged Rs 2100 for a night stay.. If it was more clean and neat it would have been great.. rest all good No parking available

The most disconcerting facility I've ever encountered. It lacks proper AC cooling, the washroom is uncomfortable, there are no latches for windows, and there's no room service. The smell is rather unpleasant, it's like not being washed for a month.

Rooms are good and cleaned. Price is reasonable and near to the temple.

Worst experience with this stay. First when we reached there no one was there, Receptionist came after 10-15 mins. Then she took us to the room in 2 floor (No lift), after reaching there she was searching for key for 10 mins. Finally she got the key and when she opened someone else was staying there. After that she told we are not aware of it, manager is on leave. Then she told there is another hotel which is KAYA INN near by you can stay there. Once we went there, again the room was in 2nd floor and no lift as well. Room was not clean, but we didn't want to make any mess out there, so we took that room. In 2 - 3 hrs, AC started leaking in the room and room flooded with water. When I complained to the receptionist, he changed the room again. This time room was ok ok, but when we saw the bathroom really pissed off. It is very small and you can't sit properly on the toilet seat. Very very worst experience I had with this hotel. Don't ever book rooms in this hotel.

This place is okayish kind of stay. But it is worth the price and just 10 mins walk away from the temple's main entrance (South Gopura vasal). Problem is there is no proper restaurant or mess near by. You have to walk 15 mins to find small food outlets. Room size was small. Especially the bathrooms were too tiny. AC was working good. TV was working good. Geyser was working good. There is no phone to call for room service.
