Surag Residency: 3.5* rating crisp review. Reasonable stay with minimal amenities. Location: 2,4 wheeler & auto available, which is 2 kms from busstand & 1.5 kms from railway station. Parking: 2/4 wheeler Available. Room & cleanliness: A/C okay with no proper Wi-Fi network, with neat bathroom & okay cleanliness of bed. Reception: User friendly. Family stay: Can be done for 1 day & okay for bachelor with a reasonable amount.

The only advantage is the location and ample parking (Public Road), There is no other stuff is good at this place. We stayed in 214 Room No and power gone off when the water heater was switched on. When called reception, being told don't use it !!!! The extra bed provided at a cost of 600 is not good enough. Would not recommend for family stay

Room was little small however room service and staff was really good. Location was very good in very low terrif. You can visit this place to stay recommended

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. AC not working. Power was tripping when the heater was on. Too hot beds to have a good sleep.

I booked 5 rooms.I got keys from mangement. 1. 107 & 108 Two rooms main doors ate not wo, if the door are open hit by the shoulder only 2. 108 Same as bathroom door also not worked. Tightly pulled only open 3. 107, 108 and 105, 3 rooms Heater not work. 4. Poor Air conditioning 5. Room service are very worst because I informed that the heater is not worked. Room service person not answered properly. Bad room services 6. TV audible not cleared. Only thing the beds are neat. Suraj residency is not a 3 hotel.it is a mansions @google - I am not giving rating sta to this hotel. pls mention the below rating stars because I will give it - (minus) rating only. I will give one complaint to concerned authorities for not the Suraj residency not maintained properly. Also safety issue is one of the Major problem. Only accept the post If I will give star rating. It is very unfair

Booked this room after seeing the location nearer to railway station and reading reviews. As we wanted to have good sleep after hectic train travel and leave in morning booked it near by railway station.Called the front desk number over phone number indicated and booked the room. Desk manager intimated that I can book it on arrival and rooms are available. Intimated Front desk manager that I would arrive early morning we would leave by morning once we have some sleep and freshen up and leave by 9-10 am once our pick up vehicle comes in morning. Asked whether there is any hourly rate possibility now being offered in some hotel till 9 a.m. Intimated in that case that he would give discount price and he would charge Rs1837/- including GST for double occupancy while normally they would charge 2600/- Agreed and intimated to book double room in our room. Reached hotel by 3.15 am. When I reached hotel I found the front desk manager who attended call had only cheated by saying that he had given the room on discounted price while real price was only Rs 1837/-. Paid Rs 1837/-.through mobile transfer. The room that was allocated was like oven. Ac was not working. The bathroom has no ventilation. I complained them over phone after 30 min of check in and they gave another room. Even here the A/c was not working . I have to struggle to get sleep. I checked out by 8 a.m and enquired whether at least you can provide a free coffee as complimentary breakfast. They denied and asked pay cash 40/- for which there was no bill. I am writing this review after witnessing how the long distance travellers are getting cheated at this hotel. Other than location advantage near to NH and Railway station this hotel is overpriced for the current service they provide. Even the car parking is not in their campus it is just outside road parking. Only the front desk office is good and properly managed all others need don't match the price they charge .Hotel management need to improve the service and keep the rooms in condition before giving keys to guest to check in. I have to edit my review in this post and add some proof as the hotel management has not expressed sorry but try to find fault with customers in their reply as if that I booked for three occupancy and they have magnanimously reduced tariff from regular 2700/- to 1837/- . This is misleading statement again to confuse customers who check in this hotel after reading reviews. I asked only for double occupancy and they gave me Room no 318. You can check invoice . If room no 318 is what they give for three occupancy as per their statement I pity the travellers who check into this hotel . Please try to understand travellers agony rather trying to blame a traveller who chose your hotel inspite of multiple alternatives.
