Srirengavilasam Elite - Srirangam

Hi, I stayed at this hotel for two days. On the first day, the staff were respectful and polite, and the room itself was clean. However, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a bad smell, which was disappointing. I also noticed several lizards in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. During checkout, we were asked to remove our slippers, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient, especially in the summer heat. There was no seating provided at the reception area while waiting, which added to the discomfort. The only positive aspect was that the hotel allowed us two extra hours beyond the regular checkout time, which we appreciated.

Rooms were neat and room images and location are accurate as shown in google map...... Staffs were very friendly....... Its very near to the temple (North and East gopuram) ..... Visited on 22/04/2025...... Over all experience (Satisfied)

Over hyped property but service not up to the mark. At the same cost we can get near by hotel with reasonable service. Owner is not available in the property and no coordination and communication between the coworkers. We checked-in night (8.15 pm) and try to reach out receptionist around 9.30 pm through the intercom but the phone was not worked so we try to reach out receptionist through mobile but ( after 5 missed call) no one responded. Pros: very near to East gopuram Cons : lack of adminstration and irresponsible service.

All good. Prices are high but very near to main entrance. Just go for it if you have money and old people who cannot walk

Located very close to temple. A double room with two bathrooms can be booked for a group of 6 people. Each room has its own privacy suitable for couple with kids or a mixed group with separate sleeping cum changing area for men and women. Excellent choice if traveling in group and need the room just for keeping luggage & sleeping at night. Room service is average as there is minimal staff which is otherwise very courteous.

We booked a family suite as we were 5 of us. We had two rooms connected with each other and two comfortable beds that can accommodate 6 people. There were 2 bathrooms (both with geyser facilities) and one bathroom had a western toilet. The rooms are well maintained and air conditioned and had a TV. The location of this hotel is really nice and we can reach the Srirangam Temple entrance in 2 minutes by walk. They don't have any kitchen but provide room service for Tea/Coffee. The staff here are friendly and informative. There is a pure vegetarian restaurant called "Madapalli" just behind the hotel that offers room delivery of food. It can also be reached by walking easily as it is about 400 to 450meters from hotel. We enjoyed the food of Madapalli throughout our stay in Srirangam. We travelled to different places in and around Srirangam, but came back to "Madapalli" for food. Cons: Though there is a place to park vehicles there is no separate exclusive parking space for the hotel, as it is located within the maada veedhi of Sri ranganathar temple. The hotel takes care of our vehicles though. If you want to have multiple dharshan of Sri Ranganathaswamy this place is the best. Overall We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Srirengavilasam Elite hotel.

Double bedroom Family Room suite was good - neat and clean. Very close to Sri Rangantha swamy temple. Just about 200 meters from the temple. My rating of 4 and not 5 for room because, One Bathroom didn't have washbasin and the other had a tiny washbasin. Couldn't identify the lodging after arrival as the name of lodge is only in Tamil.

Very comfortable rooms, tidy bed and linens. Very good maintenance. Enjoyed our stay with a family of 5 in 2 bedroom suite, facilities - as reviewed by other friends. Temple entry is close by. Car parking is in the adjoining open street, should be lucky to get a slot.
