Sri Thilagavathy Hotel

Worst experience. Ac and fan was not working and honey bees were there. We booked for our guest family with kids it was an embarrassing situation in front of our guests . Not worth the money .Not at all adjusting the rooms. Not suitable for family. We have never seen such a hotel before . Sarath babu ( trichy)

We went as a family on Jan 28th by booking through make my trip. We booked 2 rooms and paid 3917 online. I have the proof. When showed it to the guy in reception he told the money was not received to our account, so you have to pay an extra 2500 for staying. Since we went late night and with family we didn't have any other option other than being cheated and staying there. WORST EXPERIENCE. HOPE THE OWNER SEE THE REVIEW AND GET BACK TO ME. MY NUMBER WAS BLACKED.

It's near to airport. To access hot water reception needs to be called .Though building is new, rooms didn't have fresh air. They need regular cleaning and fresh air to be let in

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms look neat and clean. Over all good they give very good cleaning as well very good room service. Reception staff are very friendly....

Had a very bad experience. Lift was not functioning properly. Hot water was not available. We had discussed about having an extra bed for each of 4 rooms we took, but they dint provide extra beds. Along with it, the staff behaved a bit rude.

one of worst service. Nothing is available. Even glass of water not available. staff is very rude. No restaurant, even cup of coffee also we are going to 300 meters. No service available.

I stayed in thilagavathy hotel regularly whenever I came for work and holiday , but this time is worst . I called the owner before nit of staying asked for rooms availability and I said i need non ac rooms , the owner said yes we have , but on the day of stay , the owner lied that I'm asked for ac rooms , business trick , he just need money they don't care about coustomers comfortable , they mentioned breakfast is available but there is no breakfast, we booked for 2 days (48hours) , we paid for 1st day of stay (1st day- from morning 10 am to next day 10am ), next day morning we paid for 2nd day that means that money is for next 24hrs right , but that second night 10pm the hotel staff call me to vacate the room as soon as possible, I replied I paid for 2 days , I'm not supposed to vacate now , I have to stay till tomorrow morning 10 am , but the owner and staffs are not accepting they argued with us , and they said I have to pay extra 1000 to stay 2nd day night , I'm just worried and confused, they don't think about coustomers comfortable , situation and timings, they asked to leave the hotel at 10 pm , owner talk rudely, they just need money no care abt coustomer, plz enquiry abt everything before stay. It's true incident.

Affordable price to stay at this hotel. Very suitable for family with childre.. Hotel is maintained well. Staff are treated well
