The drainage was not working .after a bath the bathroom was flooded Shower not working The person at the reception gave me my key did not show the room fittings electric points etc . Expected me to figure it out myself . Used shampoo and liquid soap bottle not a fresh one

Booked considering they are close to temple, but the rooms are dirty, lucky that I checked the rooms before checkin and paid the full amount. Lost deposit paid for 2 rooms. Stayed at yatri nivas instead.

Nov 4 night 11pm we booked a room, due to death news we vacated in 15mins. During vacate we kept the room as it is and ask for refund. The manager mentioned that owner took all the money so didn't have cash to repay and promised to refund next day. For following 3 days we're following for refund. After a week on call with manager mentioned. You can stay a night as for the money refund. Today Jan 11, afternoon 11.30 am we called and book from past payment. The hotel is booked fully and so try next time he told. We went to directly to hotel at 9.30 pm, Try to book, they told 2 rooms available. Then we again asked afternoon we asked but don't have room but now you having it. Again he told we can allot you oj morning not in night. I don't know why to family they cannot allot a room at night. Such a fraud manager. Everytime we asked for owner number he refused to give. My payment 2700rs is gone. If there is not refund policy kindly mention it. Don't fool the customer. Very bad experience with them.

Uncleaned toilets, unchanged linen, hair clogging toilet drains. Giving 1inch foam sheets as extra beds. Manager arguing you must have soiled the toilet. Worst stay I have ever been to.

No hot water Lift not working regularly Tv is there but you are not Able to see No channels bcoz no recharge is done So one time you goto the hotel never go again and also inform your knowing persons don't go

Worst hotel in sri rangam they don't have car parking they miss behaviour with customers I'm personally saying don't book in this hotel we Book hotel when we reach asking extra money

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL !!! I had booked a room for a night in the hotel on August 15th and parked by car in their basement but my car was damaged by other guest car who had booked there with influence of a local police guy, so when we asked for the cctv footage they hesitated to give that and the police guy told us it's a small scratch it's common just go and the car owner was rude telling do what ever u want and he accepted that he damaged it. But the hotel management are irresponsible in maintaining safety of guest and their vehicles so be careful while booking this hotel.

NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. We stayed in Room no 102 on 2nd and 3rd May 2024. Most unreliable people. We have booked well in advance. He has taken the lift for planned modification two days before our arrival. But he did not inform us about this. So the lift was not available available when we reached.lt was already late in the night and we could not search other hotels also. So please NEVER go to this hotel.
