Excellent Central location with all kinds of restaurants nearby. hotel provides modest breakfast included in the price of the room. The rooms are not very big but has functionally enough space. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is situated only on second and third floor. Parking is in the basement. Breakfast is for provided on the 4th floor terrace which is the good area to relax in the evening or morning. Direct view of the Rock fort. Same view available from one side rooms.

Excellent place for comfortable stay. We stayed there for a day as a family. It is suitable for corporate stay also. Spacious rooms and good hospitality

Rooms are ok..toilet construction is very bad. 2-3 people who manages everything.. cleaning boy is serving breakfast with same unwashed hands..no person to assist with luggage. Baaaadd experience..DEC 2024 Reply - Low on manpower doesn't mean, cleaning boy should serve breakfast. I didn't say Toilet is bad, it should b better constructed, it's just in front of the toilet gate. Moreover jet spray is all at the back (leaking) , when we want to use, everything will b wet. And I am well educated to know where I stayed. Note- I will delete the review, I just want to bring to your notice some points which can easily bhi corrected.

Shaan I suites was amazing with clean rooms and the same structure aa shown on google picture no difference. Starting from the reception person when I checked in to the guard uncle, the caretaker boy especially John everyone was so amazing. John even took us around to temple on request he was amazing took care of all our needs. He was very kind and sweet. Shaan I suites I appreciate your hospitality it was bang on in every aspect.

Worst place to stay people are pathetic. Ac wasn't working well. I've been asked him in the midnight to change my room The person in the reception called John has refused and behaved very rudely Not worth of money either

I would suggest this, if you're looking for a luxury and a classy stay. The room service will be good. Something needs changes there. They have connected all the spot lights together in a single switch that made me more un comfortable. When I try to work at the night, I am unable to do that. My family was sleeping. They need to check that. But I felt it was very neat, comfortable and good stay. But the price stands on bit higher side.

I am regular visitor of Trichy and today, call to check room availablity, male receptionist person talked rudely and not responded properly ( used filtchy language). It spoils hotel name and management.

This was our second time here and I appreciate everything about our stay. The staff is very welcoming and the service is just awesome! Special mention for John Anna.
