Its a gem in the town of Trichy for those who want to experience luxury while visiting the town for business or leisure. Every single day I could see the staff working with their heart to deliver best in class experience. All the way from the GM (Mr. Venugopal) to the house keeping staff.. be it the front desk team Aditya and Rengshri or the restaurant (Mr. Ghanshyam, Chef Raja and Ms. Swathika. everyone was eager to help with genuine care. Loved the vibe and had a amazing experience. Seemed like a great team of people who are there to give you the best experience.

We absolutely loved our first visit to Trichy because of our stay.||From the moment we stepped into Courtyard by Marriott, Trichy, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our family vacation. As first-time visitors to the city, we were looking for comfort, good food, and warm hospitality--and this hotel exceeded all our expectations.||The rooms were beautifully furnished, with everything thoughtfully covered--from vanity essentials to delightful snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful sleep after our busy days exploring. The food was another highlight: delicious, diverse, and always freshly prepared. But above all, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff who made us feel like we were at home.||SUSMITA from F&B was an absolute star. Her bubbly personality and attentive service made every mealtime a joy. She went the extra mile to ensure our 10-year-old daughter had her favorite meals--spaghetti and pasta--ready each day, and even packed us snacks for our day trips. Her warmth and care were truly touching.||AHMED from F&B was another gem. A true gentleman, he guided us with thoughtful recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and where to shop--insider tips that made our Trichy experience so much richer. One small gesture that left a big impression: when the team was busy, he personally made us two perfect cups of tea. That personal touch meant the world.||Mr. MIKILAN quietly efficient and deeply dedicated, ensured we had our favorite piping hot tea every morning and night, just the way we liked it--without even needing to ask. His silent attentiveness was deeply appreciated.||AARYA and SHILPA from Reservations and Sales were incredibly helpful even before our stay began, offering tips and assistance at the booking stage that made our planning seamless.||ABDUL from the lounge impressed us with his friendly demeanor and deep local knowledge. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to share shopping tips and local specialties we shouldn't miss.||SAMANTHA from housekeeping was incredibly kind and efficient, keeping our room spotless and always checking if we needed warm towels or additional snacks. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness added to the comfort of our stay.||In every corner of the hotel, we felt cared for. The warmth, attentiveness, and generosity of the team made a lasting impression on us. Despite being new to the city and its culture, we felt completely at home.||Highly recommend this hotel to any family looking to spend quality time together in Trichy due to the staff and service. Looking forward to visiting another time.

We hosted a meeting of Neurosurgeons in this hotel from 10th April to 12th April 2025. The response from the delegates was greatly appreciative of the check-in process, cleanliness and comfort in the rooms, the effective AC in spite of the hot summer weather of Trichy, the breakfast spread and the courteousness of the staff.||As organizers of the conference we appreciate the involvement of the managers in planning, organizing and executing the event. The buffet lunch and dinner menu was different on each day but tasty and wholesome everyday. The serving was on the dot, including the tea and snacks. The sound quality of the meeting halls, the ambience, seating and air- conditioning (even at times of power outage) was exemplary. Delegates from big metro cities were pleasantly surprised that Trichy has such a nice centre for holding conventions. Located very close to central bus stop that you can walk to the bus stop. |Room is compact yet very comfortable,clean and cozy. Would request the management to add a chair which enable the guest to work comfortably as well.|Breakfast was delicious, good spread of choices. The coffee was good too.|Staffs were cordial and helpful.|Only downside would be the view from the room , nothing great. |Very good choice to stay , but sometimes the price is super high,especially if you book last minute. |Would suggest visiting the Ayyappan temple which is closeby.

Courtyard is a very well maintained hotel with awesome service. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Rooms were clean. They have good food spread in the restuarant.|Good secure parking area which has an innovative Vertical Rotary Parking System to park 50+ cars in the space of 5 cars parking space. Efficient use of the space.||On the day we stayed at this hotel,there were extra security personnel everywhere including in the lift as few VIPs were stayin in the hotel. But it didn't create any trouble for the guests stayin in the hotel. They managed VIP movement very efficiently.

The rooms are very good clean|The restaurant and food was good. Food was not too expensive. Location is very near to railway station but far from airport. Staff also good. Water in washroom - not hard water|Lobby was also good with lot of space to sit.

Great food, buffet varities are excellent, Trichy kitchen rocking with professional staff. Cleanliness hygiene Good. Worth for time and money, keep it up please, lounge is filled with love and coffee. Courtyard Marriott Trichy is simply awesome thanks
