Dear friends please reach on time before 11 PM if someone happens to be late, else they will put the shutter down and go to sleep nicely, which exactly happened with us in the middle of the night when we reached. Though the caretaker came after a few minutes, this is not what we even imagined after travelling from a long road trip. Next is car parking is very small and becomes full very easily or if you are lucky then you may get it. We parked our car on the main road for the whole night. I would not recommend it to a family. I'm visited this hotel recently. The hotel ambience and looks are better. Rooms are Very clean and neat. I like this property very much. But one major drawback is, no hotels in nearby place in this property. I recommend this hotel. please add single birth Ac rooms.this the most essential for buisness peoples.

I recently stayed at Sai Residency in Trichy and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, which added to the positive vibe of the place. The location is convenient--just about 6.6 km from the airport. I found Red Taxi to be the best way to commute to the airport; it cost me only 260 for an early morning ride at 4 AM, which was quite reasonable. The hotel is situated in a good area, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it's a very good place to stay if you're looking for a decent, budget-friendly option in Trichy. I'd rate my experience as above average and would consider staying here again.

The hotel was in a nondescript area but Mr Venkatesh was accommodating with an early morning check in. The staff were friendly. The rooms clean. Ac functioning well. The bathroom basic but neat. What else can one ask for? The only drawback was there are no restaurants nearby but the staff were good enough to buy our order for us and deliver it. I will definitely use this outfit again.

Complete Disappointment. Location is prime .But the rooms are not cleaned properly ,very bad smell in bathrooms. People who used previously, urinated in the floor of bathrooms. Not even cleaned.Nauseous and when we asked the cleaner to clean it ,he said it was good only .No restaurants or room service for food .We stopped eating food in room and vacated even 5 hours before check out .People who wants to stay with hygiene please stay away .Hectic trip and stay in trichy .Will never forget

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel booking made through the Agoda website. I booked a room for one adult with the sole purpose of storing my luggage for seven hours and paid in advance (I tried to make him understand my purpose, but receptionist was not willing to even listen). Upon arrival, the receptionist refused to allow us to check in, arguing with both my wife and me, and demanded an additional 3,500 for a family room. This request was unreasonable, as we only needed the room for our luggage.||This experience was extremely disappointing and the worst I have encountered. I suggest checking the Google review before you book this, where many people had same experience.

Worst management. We reached at 1 a.m., and although there were rooms available, the management quoted exorbitant prices--way higher than those listed online. When we mentioned the online prices, they told us to book through the website and check in tomorrow. We needed a room tonight.

I have booked this hotel through Agoda website for one Adult just to keep my luggage for 7hrs and paid the money in advance but receptionist didn't allow me to checkin and fought with me and my wife , no human sense asking 3500 rs extra for family room ,, we told that we booked just to keep my luggage. Additionally not received proper response from Agoda. Worst experience in my life
