I booked this place, but by mistake, I scheduled my stay for the next day while my train was on the same day. When I realized the mistake, I contacted the property manager. However, he refused to refund the charges for the additional day. According to Agoda's cancellation policy, he should have refunded 70% of the amount, but he declined. In addition to this unprofessional behavior, the bathroom was extremely small, which was very disappointing. On the last night, I woke up in the morning to find bedbug bites all over my body. I stayed in room A3, and the bed was infested with bedbugs. I strongly advise against staying at this property.

Location: Close proximity to Srirangam temple. May be about 500-600 metres walk to the Ranga Ranga Gopuram entrance. Check in: Smooth. I had shared id proof etc earlier. 2 towels and a water bottle were provided. We declined the soap. Room: Spacious with a double/queen size bed. Mattress and pillows were decent. Bedsheet was clean & fresh. They gave a blanket too - we did not use it. AC worked fine. They had a water can kept outside from which we could refill the bottle, which was a good point. Bathroom: Can be a bit more cleaner. Bathroom corners were not that clean. Periodic deep cleaning will help. Geyser was connected to the taps on the wall. Shower did not have hot water connection. Parking: Arun mentioned I can park my car outside the building. However, after 10:30 PM, a staff member came and woke me up to move the car to the opposite side of the street (despite me mentioning I will be checking out at 5 AM). This was a sore point.

Hotel is quite clean the staff is very supportive. A person named Ram helped me alot. They didn't feel me iam an Telugu guy thanks to management
