I stayed at Plaza hotel on a business trip. |It is located very close to the central bus stand and surrounded by small eateries which come alive at night. |The hotel has 9 floors and is extremely compact. ||I got the suite room, which had 3 individual beds. Two of them as twin the bedroom and an additional in what was a hall with a balcony. The sheets and linen are old and dirty, they replace them but the quality is sub-par.|The amenities provided are basic and serve really no purpose. |The bathroom is horrible. Taps are old and hard, the commode was cracked and stained and the sink had dark red stains ( god knows how old) ||Please avoid the hotel. There is nothing appealing about staying here

We booked a hotel with complementary breakfast today.we went to have breakfast at the mentioned time only.However there was no food and it's fully swiped out.They didn't properly manage to refill the food at regular intervals.We have to wait in queue for breakfast.Poor hospitality. Both the lifts were full for long time and they have locked the staircase also..we waited long time for the lift and informed to open the staircase door.Poor management

Very neat rooms and polite staffs at a prime location. Excellent home style breakfast. Easy access to Railway station and Bus stand. Worth the money.

Stayed here for a night during my return journey from Tirunelveli to Chennai. The hotel is conveniently located near Trichy main bus stand, and ideal for a quick overnight rest. Rooms were decent and clean, and we were able to rest well before continuing our trip early the next morning. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our short stay. Only concern was the parking area -- while parking my new car, the side mirror got scratched due to the narrow gate, despite staff assistance. Would recommend the management to consider a safer parking setup. Overall, a good stay and helpful service. Thanks to the team at Plazza Hotel.

Premium rooms are more expensive if booked online through Agoda or other third-party apps. It's best to book directly via the reception office, where you can get a nice room at a better price. The room was decent, and a wide variety of toiletries were provided. The location is excellent, just 20 meters from the bus stand and 1 km from the railway station. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We stayed for two days, and overall, it was a good experience.

We did a bulk booking for our wedding and the stay was amazing and hospitality was top notch. The rooms are amazing and well maintained. The food was also amazing overall great service

Cleanliness should be much better.. They should renovate their rooms.. Their AC with a 16deg cel. setting didn't go beyond even 23 deg.... Old stained toilet seats made my face shrink... Good staff.

Staff are very good and have cordial relationship. Best rooms. Best service. Best complimentary breakfast. Reasonable rent. Had a comfortable stay of more than two months
