Worst location poor bedding... They mention 24 hour check out in make my trip, but insist on 12 noon checked in person

Although this is newly built, cleanliness needs to be improved and maintained in toilets. Very small rooms, no kettle no coffee sachets.
Very near to chathram Bus stand. New property. Approach lane is not ok. Very neat and clean rooms with all basic amenities. Very courteous staff
