OYO Hotel Anbu Residency

Room was quite ok in terms of space. Although prices are also less. Given an almirah inside. Tv and ac were fully functional. Laundry service was also available and yes good complimentary south indian breakfast. Good reception and room sevice are very polite. No such disturbance and there is a third party bar on the top floor of the same building that the hotel is in.

good for the cheap price. One set of rooms are very spacious. So i would suggest to opt for the spacious room if you have kids. The bed spreads were kind of dirty and room was very dusty. This is definitely not the place for people with dust allergies. bathroom was a little smelly too. they had large storage shelves and wardrobes. there is an inhouse tv. air conditioning was working properly. there is no kettle in room nor is it available on request. the restaurant below the hotel is good. we had a complementary breakfast from here which was a mini tiffin that incuded idli, pongal and a small dosa which was kind of average breakfast.

We recently stayed in this place, hotel ambiance is avg. But the key issue is it is not a safe place for families to stay. They have a bar on 5th floor, people using the bar are also using the same lift and staircase. My family members are afrid to go out after 7pm. There are NO room service was available and some of the cleaning staff were very rude.

I booked this hotel after seeing the ratings in google maps and oyo, but i was surprised to see how this hotel got this much ratings. First of all, there was not a proper place to wait in reception and i had to wait near the lift for around half an hour. After that, when i entered the room, i could smell cigarettes all over the place. The bedsheet was not that clean. Bathroom was not neat and clean. Moreover, there is a bar in the same building. So if one want to party with friends late night, this hotel is good for them. Also it is couple friendly, even though i don't know how much safe it is as i didn't like the behaviour of the hotel staff.

Overall room appearance and facilities were very good. Floor was very sticky and not cleaned properly. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 star rating. U can expect really nice stay in this hotel at reasonable price.

The rooms are fine,service is good. But the tirupati with travel agents is very horrible. They cheated the customers and loot the money. Iam personnel cheated by a agent and loose .2,500/-. Please suggest to your Oyo or Goibobo attached hotel managements to run their own cab services. Then the customer had no chance to cheat. And also the complimentary break fast is not in good taste and they serve daily routine items. Better to change daily menu and give satisfaction to customer. Otherwise change your rules and remove the breakfast system completely. It is my opinion. If like that there is no complaints, no arguments with hotel staff or management. Think it.

We drove from Bengaluru to Trichy. On the way we booked this hotel and got instant confirmation for Ac room from oyo. We reached the hotel by midnight. We woke up the receptionist and he gave us (three adults) the room. Room was good with big bed for 2, tv, ac and other stuffs. We requested for extra bed & they charged us accordingly. But the major disapointment was the bathroom. No water in the sink tap, white calcium deposits all over the bathroom and did not feel like sitting on the commode. The home stay bathroom i stayed in Chidambaram was pretty good when compared this "HOTEL" in major town. Am surprised because the interiors of the room was good but not maintained well.

2 star for cleanliness and proximity to ezham suvai restaurant. Else this place is not good for a family stay. Bar and Non veg hotel attached. The lift always smells alcohol. Water facilities poor. Room service horrible. TV didn't work. They forget your orders and you end up waiting for coffee......
