We were accomodated here since our flight got delayed.. good hotel. staff are good.. they provided suite room for us where child enjoyed. but they haven't provided even water. lunch and dinner they provided also below average. has to improve. poor coordination from airlines authorities when checkout

Although the rooms were clean and maintained, the owner and the services are below par. We asked for extra towel as we had 3 guests and we weren't provided that. The owner doesn't allow any outside food before 10PM even if the cook is unable to prepare food in a fast pace. We were literally starved and it was raining heavily and we couldnt order the food from outside. We had to wait for an hour for food even though ours was the only order in the hotel's restaurant. I wouldn't recommend that place just for that reason.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN INDIA! I wouldn't even give this hotel one star, but I had to select it just to post this review. That's how poorly they treated us. So unprofessional and unethical. I've never experienced such a situation at any hotel before. I feel it's important to mention that I'm from Malaysia because the hotel's Managing Director (MD) said, and I quote, "All Malaysians are the same," and told us not to return. Which MD would say something like that? Here's what happened: My family of five stayed at Manor Minas Hotel for two days (31/1/25 - 1/2/25), and from the moment we arrived, we were treated terribly. Here are the main issues we faced: 1. We requested an extra bed, and they provided a floor sheet on the ground instead. 2. We booked two rooms, one of which was for three people, and we paid for it. Naturally, we expected the room to be stocked with enough toiletries and towels for three people. We had to call the front desk 5-6 times just to get towels. 3. The biggest issue was the iron. After asking three times, they finally gave us an iron. However, they never told us that we needed to return it. Once we finished ironing, we left it in the room, but at night, a housekeeper came by to collect the iron. Everything seemed fine until the following day when I called to request the iron again. This is when the MD told me that the iron was not for us to use to iron all the clothes we brought from Malaysia. I was shocked to hear that. When I insisted, he reluctantly provided it. But it didn't end there. Another housekeeper came to the room where (WE) the three girls were staying and started yelling about the iron. He even insulted us, calling us "brainless" and claiming that if we were boys, the situation would have been different. These were his exact words in Tamil. Finally, when we checked out, a woman began shouting at us and criticizing our clothing. We couldn't tolerate the rude behavior any longer. The hotel felt like a haven for gangsters, and that's how we were treated. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you expect any form of respect.

Rooms are good, infra is impressive. Service and staff behavior is poor, below the average. Behavior was impolite and no hospitality was observed. I feel this was because we were hindi speaking people. Don't recommend if you're looking for polite staff.

Excellent location, close to the airport. Rooms are very neat and good toilets. The morning breakfast is a very big one and ok. But the service is far from satisfactory. The reception staff excepting a female member are very rude and room service is very very poor. They don't even listen to what we say. They try very hard to defend themselves. Unless the top management takes effective steps to arrest this major issue, people may not prefer it and what is the use of having a nice hotel with a three star ratings in other areas.

Very peaceful atmosphere. Customer service is very good. Room very clean. Overall I'm very enjoy my stay. Thank you for your kindness

Poor Service and Unhygienic Conditions I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. The front office staff showed no sense of hospitality or professionalism throughout my stay. The room was not cleaned, and when I requested a bed sheet change, they outright refused, citing a policy of cleaning the rooms only once every three days due to a staff shortage. This lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable. The state of the room and the lack of basic housekeeping were far below standard. As a result, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone--whether friends, colleagues, or others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services.

Amazing Infra/ambience. Great maintenance. But the owner/manager does not know what is Hospitality. They should join Indian army or Police department for their tone of speech. These people must undergo some basic trainings on Hotel management or hospitality to learn how polite, how welcoming they need to talk to a customer. Extremely rude behaviours.
