Maya Residency

My elderly parents had to attend a wedding in Trichy last weekend. I booked the stay for them at Maya's residency as i wanted some safe and comfortable place inside the city. Their stay was very smooth and the staffs were very hospitable. Clean and tidy rooms. Very nice place to stay.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms. Great price and a lovely breakfast included too. Highly recommend - please don't hesitate to come. Staff are all helpful, trustworthy and efficient too.

The rooms are very small for the price being gcharged. The washroom is even smaller . No toiletries available. Even for a waterbottle, which is a complimentary two bottles in every self respecting hotel, I was charged. Not worth the hype. Select some other hotel in Trichy. I booked for 2 nights but shifted to redox after one night.

I came with a group family members and we book 3 rooms. Eventually over the phone the manager told me that the room price with tax amount hut when I arrived while check Inn the room rate totally different and he said that earlier did not add tye tax. This was ridiculous and when contacted the owner he was rude and don't even want to listen. We have no choice since arrive late and checked in. The room been given the bathroom were dirty with stains and dusty room. Not worth for amount paid because no water bottle also given complimentary. Their breakfast is not a buffet but rhy will only give you 2 idling, mini thosai and 1 coffee only. Our entire stay at this hotel was a mess. At end of check out I requested for a receipt the manager said this room without tax therefore no receipt will be issued. Becarefull when you check in this hotel sound like a scam. Not worth for you money.

Thank you for the owner and his son, they are so helpful in everything. We stayed in room 307, it is bright and spacious. The room is clean, nice, has air condition and fan, big rooms and the most important bath room is clean. Close to rockford temple, church, the hotel is within walking distance

First, this is not a 3 star hotel , its not a hotel at all. Its a lodging facility. We booked through booking.com, they asked us to pay the total amount upfront which is very unusual for a hotel. After paying and alloting rooms, they quietly cancelled the rooms on booking.com. This left us baffled, and looked like a shady behavior. Breakfast is limited and token concept. Water bottle is limited and is given only on asking, otherwise they are quiet about it. The reviews are very misleading, I tried leaving a review on booking.com but since its already cancelled, we are unable to do so. Definitely not worth the price and the rating on the apps dont present the actual picture.

Place was really nice. The staff were helpful when we wanted to change our initial hotel provided by our agent to Maya Residency. We took close 2 hour to settle our dispute with our agent of which they patiently waited and reserved a room for us with out any confirmation of booking. Location was really good, next to Sri Sangeetha's, a really tasty vegetarian restaurants

One of the worst experience, overpriced and overcharged.Prices are higher than what is mentioned in the travel websites. Reception Staffs have zero professionalism and no hospitality.Even before you check in they ask for your check out time. It's not even 12pm to 12pm but we were asked to check out at 9AM next day but with full payment in cash. No card no gpay. They talk about breakfast coupon only if enquired else they wouldnt inform us at all. They throw rude faces for breakfast as if they are spending out of their own pockets. Room/AC was good. Washroom full of Cigarette smell.TV doesn't work. When requested for Room spray multiple time no response.
