Rooms were decent. The only point to improve was bathroom, though spacious not clean fully. Bath fittings were not old and not easy to use. Location is also not bad, bit far from main city. Good car parking facility Decent restaurant I took this hotel for their own attached veg restaurant

To be honest it was a bad experience for me yesterday am fully frustrated with the front desk people I would definitely not prefer to stay there again at any cause ..manager or whoever sits in the reception with the specs one doesn't know how to treat the clients who walk in in to his hotel.. there were so many inappropriate questions were asked to us whether we are married or not and last year also you booked a room and what was the date etc etc ,really felt so awkward and that really upset me ...I felt like yelling at him so badly just because I was in a emergency I kept quiet ...you the specs one ( I don't know your name ) better know the basic etiquette and behave accordingly..

I have booked this room online, no extra amount charged. A refundable security deposit was only collected. Room service rang my room bell in the middle of the night after 12 pm to check if I had ordered food. I was very tired and I slept by that time, this disturbance gave me a headache. Other than room service all other things are good.

The cleanliness wasn't even decent. There was dirt on the floor, and the bedsheet had stains. The bathroom, especially, wasn't well maintained - the walls and floor were not clean. Also, the drainage was clogging easily. For a 2000-rupee room, this could be better. The receptionist/manager was good, no problem there. The check-in process also was smooth. The AC and heater worked fine. The accessibility of the hotel is also good, with shops, petrol bunks and everything in the vicinity.

Convenient location near SriRangam Temple and Rock Fort Temple made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were confortable and clear, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Good value for money...

I am a returning customer but this time I felt I was charged more by the night new manager.You have lost a customer who would have provided continuous business . I was not given a nice welcome and was told to wait 30min at 1am .Toiletries were not provided. Complimentary breakfast was denied as I was walk-in. I came with my wife and two kids.I tried to book beforehand by phone call but the person mentioned to just walk-in. Last time we stayed for half the amount for the same service. I had to ask for Toiletries in the morning. I saw an elderly staff member being shouted at and told to quit the job if not do the job properly. This was in the parking lot not sure if this is with the restaurant or the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was provided for online booking only.
