Rooms are spacious very neat and clean. Have a pleasant stay. Breakfast is nice but only one thing needs coffee maker in room. Otherwise we're happy to stay....

Nice Rooms, Check in was easy . The food is good, but it takes a minimum for 30-40 mins to arrive , the room can have some coffee maker . If you have our own commute then this place is great..

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid JB Residency! I had the most frustrating experience at JB Residency in Trichy. I had booked a one-night stay through Cleartrip, paid for the booking in full, and received confirmation. However, when we arrived at the hotel after a long journey, we were told that they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. The worst part was the manager, Ezhil, who was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering any solution or assistance, he arrogantly told us to deal with Cleartrip and basically asked us to leave. There was no empathy or effort to help us in any way. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid JB Residency if you value your time, money, and a stress-free stay.

I have booked 4 rooms in this hotel through MakeMyTrip. I had a very disappointing experience at JB Residency. The service was absolutely terrible, and basic issues were not addressed. The flush in my room was not working, the Toilet seat cover was broken. What made matters worse was the rude behavior of the front desk person, Mr. Veera. He does not have a basic sense to how to speak to his guests. He misbehaved with us and showed no professionalism. When I asked for details about a wrong food bill, he not only refused to provide a printout but also claimed that the printer was not working and spoke rudely. After getting into details he revised the actual bill and refused to give the copy. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel. I would not recommend staying here and hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and staff behaviour like Mr. Veera.

Good hotel with big room. It's bang on highway. Hotel staff helped to arrange auto for temple visit. Tasty breakfast. Only thing, they can provide is coffee maker jug inside room. Overall good stay.

We stayed at JB Residency Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli during the last weekend. We had booked the room online. Check in was smooth no issues. Room was clean. Lenin's were clean. Had to request 2-3 times for toiletries and it was provided in the morning only. We also ate our complimentary breakfast at there restaurant and it was good. Pongal, Vada and Sambar were excellent.

We have complained more than two times about toilet flush is not working. But they didn't take any action. we are not able use bathroom properly for a day because of this we vacated early than we planned to stay. Also the bedsheet and pillow covers are not washed properly.

Very good experince. NICE STAY. comfortable car parking. It in bye pass road. Easy to reach any location . Veg food also very good. very good supporting staff. Front desk staff Madhu and restaurant service persons all are very good.
