HOTEL STAR CITY

I stayed at Hotel Star City during my temple visit to Tiruchirappalli, it's just 8 minutes walkable distance from Chatram Bus Stand. It was a budget-friendly option(900rs for the Non-AC room), and I was there only for two hours to refresh. However, the experience was disappointing, the room had cockroaches and bugs all over the toilet, and the bedsheets were not clean. While the staff was friendly, the overall hygiene and cleanliness needs to be better maintained.

Room is looking similar to picture,But size is bit small, location is near to arivalayam but it's suited in some small street corner. We stayed in non AC room it available with built-in geaser, Tv available but no cable connection, room is clean but lots of mosquitoes it's not comfortable to sleep. For the price not worth it!!

Hotel is a new building. Washroom was spacious. Staff behavior is good. But there is no hanger to keep clothes. But, the rooms heats up bcoz there is no building on west of it. There are many eateries and restaurant nearby within 1km range. The trichy(chatram) bus stand is also nearby.

Heavy mosquitoes,not asking to clean the rooms services,after our request slow processes only, they will give Rs.800 to 700 as room rent,totally average only

Worst stay ever. Room is full of mosquitos. Not able to sleep throughout the night because of Mosquito bites. Hotel should have installed mosquito nets in windows atleast for Non AC rooms. Also There was no one present at the reception to help me counter these issues at night.

Hassle free check in and checkout.. Good staff behavior.. Property is close to town.. Nice stay.

Hotel is in a new building. Interior is pretty good compared to price. Rate is reasonable. Room and washroom were spacious enough. 10 min walkable distance from Chatham bus stand. Staff behavior is also good.

Best option in affordable price. Staying for few nights in less prices at Tiruchirappalli. Rooms are recently renovated and painted in english color. Bathrooms are little tired. But cleanly maintained. Staff are good and polite manner.
