Hotel Raams Park

Stayed for a night this week in their Super Deluxe room booked through Agoda. The room was spacious, AC was working, TV was working, a bottle of mineral water and toiletries were provided. Check in was easy, receptionist was cordial. The bed was average, toilet needs renovation, hot water was available. The road on the side of the flyover was closed and google maps was showing to walk from the flyover. Parking is at ground floor and elevated, was not easy parking due to rain and mud.

Deluxe non A/C I have booked. Room were neat and good. Staff very professional and good supporting. Surely I will visit next time

Room is good,but service is worst they don't follow business ethics even though after booking confirmation they allot the room to other person...if we ask they simply say sorry...so there is no guarantee for booking

Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone because, first of all the tables were really dirty the switches in the room wasn't functioning the fan can only adjustable to high speed, the floor were filthy. The bathroom was nasty all edges were covered with fungus. The bedsheets smells human sweat . The room was so dusty that my whole family caught flu after entering the room in a few minutes. The wifi was really really bad and they only gave a few gb limited. The location of the hotel was the worst ever because it was filled with rubbish, mud, vomit and other nasty stuffs. Not even one taxi or auto can reach the location because they stop far behind and asked us to walk there because if they pass through the location their vehicle will get stucked. Worst hotel experience ever !!!!!! Not even eligible for a star!!!

Larger rooms with AC in affordable prices. Neatly maintained as well.

Rooms are unhygienic, no Hot water to shower at night. Not a really ideal place for family stay

We just stayed overnight. Price was too high compared to other better hotels. But nothing else to complain. Just that price is high. Worth 1000 rs for a day not more. Negotiate if possible.

I don't even want to give one star to this hotel. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Bedsheets are not washed,towels are torn,wifi with zero speed,giving water bottles,soap etc only after asking them. They are charging heavy and not giving even the basic facilities. They are not even changing bedspreads daily. Please don't choose this one for your stay and get ruined. Their charges are like 3 star hotel but sevice is very bad. One of the staff is very very rude . I would suggest not to go to this hotel at any emergency
