Hotel High Point

Hotel and rooms are ok, but staffs are not kind and they have worst billing software, since they are following 12noon check in and check out, after I made the payment receptionist told me that he can't able to generate the bill until my check in time reach in their system software, and their explanation was poor unnecessary arguments, later I got the bill via courier to my home for this case. Feeling bad with their billing process, people who need bill for claiming think twice before stay. Not a safe car parking at ground floor.

Without any malice or complaint towards anyone.....just sharing my experience. Stayed for two nights....rooms were good & spacious. However found some tiny insects/cockroaches inside the room. Advisable to get the pest treatment done on regular basis. Food was also good. However Jain food option was not made available inspite of informing the hotel management well in advance. Staff was very courteous and he helpful.

Not three star level what you find in usual cities. When we entered the room, it smelled damp (not fresh / ventilated). We found small cockroaches in cupboards and bathrooms. Room was spacious. Towels were looking old / over used. There was no toilet paper as well. Service / responsiveness was good though. Would pass as an economy hotel, but not worth the 3 star level room rent.

We recently hosted our primary school alumni meet at Hotel High Point, located near the bus stand in Trichy, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The banquet hall was spacious, well-maintained, and provided the perfect atmosphere for our event. The highlight of the event was definitely the food. We did not expect such delicious, flavorful dishes, and the spread was nothing short of amazing. Not only was the food fresh and beautifully presented, but there was also an abundance of it. We had more than enough to go around, and everyone went home satisfied. The hospitality was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, accommodating, and made sure every need was met. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and service provided, making it an excellent value for money. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better venue for such a special occasion. I highly recommend Hotel Hi Point for anyone looking to host an event in Trichy - it's a fantastic place with excellent food, service, and hospitality. The hotel room was in poor condition, with unpleasant urine odour. The towels were not so clean. The fridge was in a bad condition. It was clear that the room had been neglected for a while, making it an unpleasant and unwelcoming place to stay.

We conducted our school alumni meet on 22nd Dec... Hall was so compact and neatly maintained... Hall a.c was ultimate... Semma cooling... Lunch juice and tea was so tasty and excellent... Staff Service was the best....

Stayed for a quick personal visit. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is a bit tricky for cabs to find and not many restaurants within walkable distance.

Nice hotel but cleaning should be improved found two small cockroach inside the room .room service can be improved.perfect for family and short trip.over all worth for money
