HOTEL FREE BIRDS

Zero hospitality. Hotel staff violates privacy of customers. Bags and cash got stolen by the cleaning staff and caught red-handed. (Also recorded by CCTV) When this matter was reported to the hotel authority, we had to face very rude behaviour from the entire staff. After Final Settlement of the bills they attacked our team. The kitchen was very untidy and had unhealthy surroundings. If anyone watched the cooking atmosphere, they will be unable to eat the food. I will never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Food issue is there for mainly Dinner, food List is Big but majority of Items not available. We stay 2 days , both days Dinner issue is there. Bar is awesome with Home Theatre. But they Only follow their Basic Tamil language not even mostly not speak English. Difficult to communicate with their staff.

Disappointed Stay - No Complimentary Water & Poor Restaurant Service I was quite disappointed with my stay. There was no complimentary water bottle provided, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. The restaurant service was also very poor - slow response and inattentive staff. Definitely not worth the price. Needs serious improvement in guest hospitality.

Overall we had a very bad experience. A bag of person from the group went missing while checking in, and in a few minutes we found that it was stolen by one of the cleaning staff of the hotel. When reported to the hotel reception they brushed it off and supported the thief . Hotel staff came into the rooms any time they want without customer permission. Not at all hospitable staff. Very unsafe place.

This hotel provides bad service. A friend of mine forgot their bag and it got stolen by the cleaning staff. When enquired about it they were not at all cooperative. Very bad experience. We had to call the police to retrieve the bag, and they tried to hide cctv footage from them. Black water came through the pipe while I was trying to take a bath. Unclean bath tubs, staffs walking into the room without permission etc were heard as a complaints from other customers. 100% not recommended.

Bad experience, the hotel staffs treat you badly the rooms were dirty and if asked they'd casual ask you to leave, most of all I was with my wife she didn't feel safe so we vacated. and they also mentioned it's pet friendly in google but it's not. All the photos And whatever they mentioned in google it's all fake even if you call for confirmation they lie or won't respond properly. The worst hotel I've ever stayed

Excellent Hotel with nice service. Positive vibes are there, sentimentally all things are going good when ever I visited to this hotel. So I became regular guest

Best Hotel I have ever seen with a competitive price. It was very comfortable and clean all the staff were friendly and felt like home.
