A Budget Stay or a Survival Challenge? I booked this hotel after a lot of research and asking friends for recommendations, thinking I was making a smart choice. Well, I was wrong. I knew I wasn't booking a luxury suite, but I at least expected the basics to work. Turns out, that was asking for too much. The bathroom was a disaster--flush didn't work, and the door lock was broken, so privacy was more of a suggestion than a guarantee. The service? I get that premium guests get better treatment, but even budget travelers are paying customers. A little effort in maintenance and hospitality wouldn't hurt. If you're looking for a place that tests your patience, this is the perfect stay. Otherwise, maybe keep looking. Had a pathetic stay experience.

Hotel location is very near to bus stand. And receptinist coirdination and immediately respond from your staff Mr Raghul and house keeping are quite good and Mrs komathi daily asking the needs of customers how was the room cleaning and daily room cleaning was done and proper cleaning also. And only one issue with the room switch are not proper Morning breakfast is quite good and serive also so good .

Food is good...rooms are little old... Some rooms are having toilet flush issues... initial room offered to us was having that issue.after changing the room no issues... swimming pool was good... Room service is good...

They were quick to attend to our air con problem and send us toiletries in the middle of the night. What can i say? You get what you pay for. The wi fi router was under repair so we did not have wifi at all in our room. No compensation as it was an online booking

A nice and fine hotel for stay. For a deluxe room they charge upto 3360 rupees and we requested a room for our car driver so it was an extra 1000. There was no help provided to carry luggages to room. It will be by your own. We also got our complimentary breakfast by 7.45 am it was a self service buffet. The hotel have now become bit older which is quiet visible everywhere. I would rate it a 4 out of 5 experience.

There is no option for negative rating. The hotel doesn't deserve even minus 5 star rating. The staff and management don't have the basic humanity/courtesy to talk properly & decently with the customers. In fact, they insulted us by talking rudely & indecently with us - my wife(57 years) and myself (61 years) in the presence of my brother in law, other customers and staff of the hotel. Due to their inhuman & indecent behaviour , we walked out of the hotel after settling the dues & even before 1 day of the scheduled check out. They didn't refund the amount of 1 day earlier check out/ walk out due to their rude & indecent behaviour. Rating for rooms, service and location - All these come later. First, let them learn how to talk decently with the customers and the basics of hospitality - deal / treat fellow human beings with humanity, leave alone hospitality.

****Worst Stay Ever**** Booked a delux room for 2 days. The room had bad odor, none of the switches work, the curtains and bed not cleaned, the furniture cushions were strained. Bathroom was in a worse condition. Horrible room service - u have to call them multiple times to get a service. Most of the time they simply ignore. At reception u get a standard scripted answer that 'we'll send someone'. The owner of the hotel forgot to invest in upgrading / maintaining the facility. Complementary breakfast was fortunately ok. I would never go back to this place nor recommend anyone.

Nice hotel with a good swimming pool. Lot of shops near to the hotel too. It's fully renovated one. They have a good restaurant too. Car parking is less but manageable with help of security.
