Hotel Deepam

the location was so good, walking distance to Ramraj, pothys and the main shopping centre. we didnt take any auto, we just walked to all shopping centres. the room was super clean, good air conditioner and hot water supply. many people from Malaysia stayed here. it is a great choice for stay at trichy. it was pleasant to sleep at night too.

As there was no room available,except the Triple Room which I took. Everything seems out of place,light switch and socket for charging is not easy reach from the Double bed area. The toilet is leaking, the shower unit needs replacing, very difficult to operate the unit, if you use the bucket it is ok , I am not use to that. the bathroom door needs painting. I stayed in their Doubleroom before and they are fine, the hotel needs updating and maintaining. Otherwise it is ok. The bonus are if you are Christian the Holy Loudre church and uchipillaya Rock Mount are very near & walkable . As a frequent traveller to India, I might stay there again after checking it first.

Stayed here for 2 days and place is tip top The receptionist is helpful and made my boarding smooth.. Accessible area with walkable distance to bazaar and street shop. Can seek for good bargain here and great nice restaurant nearby The in-house restaurant is pack during lunch so expect they won't serve or bother to serve you.. But you can get better service when less people at night or dinner Over all good hotel with staff is helpful Overall 4/5.

We booked two deluxe room, when we went through the website the rooms were good to booked.Unfortunately when we check in , the rooms are without cupboards, where to keep our clothes ? When we asked the receptionist, they said rooms are without cupboard or table. We noticed the room opposite us is also deluxe room , they have cupboard and table, when we asked they said our rooms are without? My question why , we also booked deluxe room.No basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothpaste, kettle, tea or coffee.The next day housekeeping suppose to clean the room did not turn up and we had to go the reception and complain , later they came to clean and we had to wait, this is not right.Breakfast included , we paid for it, end up the breakfast is not buffet, we had to go to the restaurant Next level and the breakfast was fixed and no refill.Not worth the money, will not recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Deepam Hotel, Trichy I booked a triple occupancy room at Deepam Hotel, Trichy, one month in advance for 6th April 2025. However, when I checked in at 4:00 PM, I was provided with a double occupancy room instead. Only after 6:00 PM was I shifted to a triple occupancy room. Several issues made the stay extremely uncomfortable: The television was not working, and there was no remote provided. The air conditioner was not functioning. When we informed the staff, they initially said it would be repaired, but nothing was done. By 2:30 AM, the room became unbearably hot. When we complained again, we were told the main AC control switch hadn't been turned on. After five minutes, they claimed the issue was resolved, but we had already suffered through the night. There was no tea maker in the room. There was no refrigerator either. The overall service was pathetic and extremely disappointing. I wonder which authority approved this establishment to operate as a hotel. Based on my experience, it doesn't deserve to be called a hotel--it felt more like a poorly maintained lodge.

Fan regulator was not working either it was too slow or full speed. But location was very good, very close to SriSangeeta - just 2 mins walk. Overall had a very pleasant stay. Value for money.
