Very strict and active employees documenting each entry immediately and service are good can be more better. A/c is not cleaned full of dusts.most of the time suffocating. Please consider and remember if a person mentioned a company name in the same company another person is comming should cross verify there is one more person in the same company.

I went to this place to book a room for an overnight stay because I had a conference. However, I was shocked by their absurd policy requiring a local ID card. I don't understand the logic behind this--if I were a local resident, why would I need to book a hotel room? This rule makes no sense. To make matters worse, when I questioned the receptionist about this policy, their response was absolutely ridiculous. They said that if I had committed a crime in my own district, I might be trying to hide there. I couldn't believe such an unprofessional and illogical reply. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise against staying at this place unless you are a local resident--because apparently, outsiders are not welcome!

The rooms are quite decent, and the prices are reasonable, making the accommodation seem like a good option at first glance. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Despite being a basic necessity, they outright refused to provide water when requested, which is unacceptable. Additionally, housekeeping was not sent to clean the balcony, even after multiple requests, leaving it in an unkempt state. The staff's attitude towards customers is highly unprofessional--they are rude, dismissive, and fail to respond appropriately to concerns or requests. This lack of basic hospitality and customer care overshadows the positive aspects of the stay.

Its an average hotel.. They are making the hotel look good from outside and very poorly maintained internally.. Beds are worst.. They are very old and had lot of trouble sleeping Took lot of time in providing an extra bed, and delayed again for providing blankets and a extra pillow.. Very poor room service Washrooms seems to be very old, flush doesn't work properly They don't even have a proper bucket in the washroom, instead kept a tub there which keeps on leaking Location is very noisy as its next to chaitram bus stand Lift seems to be crooked and makes lot of noise while using as if it will break down.. Far from the srirangam temple as well.. Overall very low maintained hotel charging too much!!! Not at all worth the price they are charging!!!! Wouldn't recommend this at all and definitely not coming back here again!!

Room Floor was not cleaned. Foot became black. Bed spread and pillow covers were not changed during check in, found used one. Requested many times to change the same. Bath room floor could be cleaned well. Very old classet. No hand wash soap liquid provided. Noisy room ceiling fan. Lift makes feary noise, informed to Front desk. Didn't show any reaction. Close to Bus stand, but far off from Railway station.

"We are deeply disappointed with Hotel Chitra. My friend traveled all the way from Canada, and I was excited to host him. However, our experience at this hotel was humiliating. I traveled to Trichy with him for a company conference and chose this hotel based on its high ratings on Google. But when we arrived, we were shocked to find that it was actually close to the neighboring district. At check-in, the receptionist asked me for a local ID card as proof of stay. When I questioned why this was necessary--especially since I was traveling and had no reason to stay in a hotel if I had a home nearby--the response was extremely unprofessional. The receptionist even implied that if I had committed a crime in my district, I might be trying to stay there to hide. We were deeply offended and never expected such an inappropriate and disrespectful response. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and we are extremely disappointed with our experience at Hotel Chitra."

Rooms are OK. Traditional hotel in Trichy, Opened by great politician and ex CM Karunanidhi. Very closed to the main bus stand. Service and reception people are good. Gave discount. Old rooms, Doors are not locking and bathrooms are not good. Otherwise it is reasonable for families and middle class people. Easily accessible and under ground parking is aso good.

A Comfortable location to stay and fly around the city from here... Reasonable charges... But.. But... But... Very worst in room service... They won't provide even a drinking water in room... A Divine river Cauvery's city is running out of drinking water... Shame... Worst people of management... Even a very low cost room providers could provide plenty of water in rooms with regular water jugs... This Hotel Chitra people are denied to give some water even on an emergency... Ridiculous...
