Grand Stay

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Stinky bedsheets and leaky taps in bathrooms. No parking. Last building in a street corner. Rude receptionist. He talks and behaves like he owns a real grand palace. Shocked to see good reviews for this worst hotel. Definitely not a place for family. Zero rating also high for this poor maintained hotel. Doubt whether management has ever visited their so called Grand Stay Hotel.

A budget friendly stay in Trichy, conveniently located near the Rock Temple and bus stand, making travel around the city easy. The room is decent for the price. Only one suggestion, while it appears clean initially, small cockroaches were noticed, which should be addressed for a better experience. Over all Good.

Worst experience ever I had !!' it took me half an hour to find the hotel. There is no car parking so I got to leave my car in private parking. The room is extremely dirty; the chair, toilet, and shower are all in poor condition. There isn't much space in the room. It feels like they are just putting in one bed to make money. This was the worst experience I have ever had! There is no proper mirror; they just attached it to the door. I'll post a picture for you to see, guys. I definitely do not recommend that people stay.

Small rooms, only good for couples. Neat and clean. 24hr water supply No parking space. Just 300 meter from chthiram bus stand(back of Kalyan jeweler's)

No drinking water, soaps, hand wash, no telecom facility, no parking facility, no direct approach to the hotel, we must reach the hotel thru a narrow conservancy with an open stinking drainage and broken tiles, where my sister tripped and fell down. Highly not recommended. pillows were very hard and bulky.

Recently I stayed in this hotel , the way to the hotel is very narrow , and there is no parking available. Coming to the room , they are small , no cleanliness , the pillows were very dirty , the bedsheet had stains in it . The room was not cleaned and dirty . The bathroom is very small , you can't even properly take a bath. I suggest looking for some other hotels.

I booked 4 rooms through booking.com . They have mentioned "No prepayment needed". But texted me and asked an advance. As I am from Srilanka, i have no upi apps to make the payment online. I explained them. They didn't reply. All these happened in early morning. Around noon they sent me a message that they are cancelling my reservation. Foreigners don't book rooms with them

Rooms are good. But Even they are not providing water also. Food quantity also vero low(MAP PLAN). No restaurent. Outside food only given. Food is tastey. MAP Plan is waste for this hotel. As per cost there is no maintenance ( except room conditions, room is very clean and good.)
