Good hotel with best service. Stayed here March 21st -22nd , feel very pleasant and comfortable with rooms and food. Special thanks too ms. Vidya for arranging our rooms the best as per request, we much appreciated ms,. Vidya for give good service and polite manner handling guest. Also thank you very much the for all the hotel staff for helping and assisting guest very well along the stay. Thank you guy and we will stay here again. I had attended a business meeting with my colleagues and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was really nice and we were served dinner. It was good and the food was great and especially the tandoori chicken from Kannnappa hotel below and it tasted homy. The overall service was also good.

Pleasure staying at this wonderful hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Special mention must be made of Madam Vidya, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

Recently stayed here....right from the reception to room service all the staff are polite and helpful....breakfast is excellent ..Issues faced are (1) parking area is not covered. (2)..Main entrance to the hotel is on the right side and the securities are not guiding properly..they Informed to park the car at the corner and we had to carry our luggages in the hot sun and no one was assisting us. (3) Further we have to carry our luggages and pass through inside the resturant to the main reception ( cos we were not aware of the side entrance). (4).no travel desk or cabs or taxis available in this hotel or even outside the hotel..

This is my third visit to this Hotel in the past 2 years and I really liked the Hotel . The rooms are clean and decent and location of the Hotel is also good with good parking space . The Complimentary Buffett Breakfast in the Roof Top Palm Tree restaurant was very good and had wide options . Being a Vegetarian I did not make much use of the Kannapa Restuarnt which was predominantly Non Veg ( though Veg Options were there ) I just had coffee and fruit juices in the Kannappa Restaurant . In future when I visit Trichy Grand Gardenia would be my first choice

The mattress is not very clean because of the hair on the bed. Staffs are good and friendly. The people's who are all in reception giving good support for my late night check in. Our whole family enjoyed the breakfast and especially first day Pongal celebration on the roof top area with hotel staff.

Morning breakfast was very nice and room service is good. Morning breakfast team provided a humble and prompt service. This is my second visit and stay in trichy. I will pay a visit next time and will recommend others to stay here too. Nice stay in trichy. From Malaysia

Stayed for 3 days, really friendly and kind staff. Bell boy Mr Arun was very helpful with the bags. Room was clean and cold. Breakfast was good. Overall good stay.
