Had a great stay at Capital O AK Hotels! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. A good choice for a hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

Fraud hotel and fraud owner They cheat people Very high price They said to me that they will reduce the price at last but they didn't If u do business like this u cant be successful

Rooms are good but no proper response, ridiculous behaviour of the owner and staffs. Totally waste. My friends had same bitter experience in this hotel.

Old Hotel but renovated. Rooms are sufficiently clean. Double-bedroom Rs.1800 flet too pricey for the place, very nearby to Chathram Busstand.

Hello guys , Request not to booked This AK Residency hotel is the worst one.... Manager is very egoistic and was increasing 500/- Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent he was not at all cooperating with us while i went with family and they have no consideration..otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst.

Stayed there last week we booked two AC rooms, such an worst experience we had, while booking the room via call they communicated the details differently and once checked in they communicated different details to us that to in a very harsh tone..the receptionist persons behaviour and way of talking is very very worst and horrible. They never know how to treat the guests. coming to rooms it is ok ok kind of rooms, but once we open the door it is full of cigarettes smell which makes discomfort to women's and elderly people. The only good thing is the room boy anna who is very kind and helpful. My strongest recommendation to those who are thinking to book the rooms here pls don't do it..you have too many good options in the same locations.
