We had a wonderful stay at Alaya Rooms (Vijay Residency) in Srirangam. The location is perfect -- very close to the Ranganathaswamy Temple, which was especially helpful during our visit on the special occasion of the Lord's birthday celebration. A heartfelt thanks to Srinivas, the caretaker (photo attached), who went above and beyond to assist us with food, refreshments, and everything else we needed. Even after checkout, he ensured we could refresh ourselves despite the busy festival crowds. The rooms were clean, the cost was affordable, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Srirangam!

Located just next to the Srirangam Temple it is a good place to stay if you are looking just for a shelter. Not much of the services offered here. Wifi available and not fit for DA personnel. For food and other amenities you need to walk out and they are just nearby. The sheer location adjacent to the temple makes it a hot place. Parking is about 50 m away from the hotel. If you are looking for great amenities and services etc., from the hotel, then this is not the right place.
