Location of this hotel is at the outskirts of Madurai every time you come to this hotel you have to pay toll charges. Service is very bad. Restaurant in the hotel is very pricey. You will get far better options in Madurai city for the same price.

When I approached the counter, the receptionist barely acknowledged me, offering no help with my booking or any information about the hotel's amenities. Their attitude made it clear they couldn't care less if I was comfortable or happy. It took forever to check in, and I felt completely unwelcome. When I finally got to my room, I was horrified. It looked nothing like the photos online. The carpets were stained, the bed linens looked dirty, and there was a strange odor in the room. The bathroom was even worse - mold on the walls, a leaking shower, and low water pressure that barely worked. I tried to reach out to the front desk about the issues, but they were completely unresponsive. No one answered my calls, and when I did manage to speak to someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I felt like I was bothering them by asking for any assistance, and they seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. I ended up just having to deal with everything on my own. To top it off, the noise from the street outside kept me up all night. I could hear every car, every person walking by, and it sounded like there was a party happening in the hallway. I complained to the front desk, but nothing was done to address it. The staff just shrugged it off like it wasn't their problem. This hotel is overpriced, dirty, and the staff is absolutely terrible. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I will never return. The service was disappointing, and we were not pleased with the attitude of the night receptionist, Mani. He was not welcoming and denied the agreement we had finalized over the phone. His demeanor made it seem as though he was doing us a favor, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Even when we asked, he didn't show the basic courtesy of offering us a couple of extra water bottles. As an Indian, or simply as a minimum standard of human decency, offering water should be considered a basic gesture of hospitality I wish I would anyway make him understand about how his behaviour is spoiling the branding, and if he things tourist anyway will come irrespective of his attitude, i would just smile on his "cuteness". I would be happy if owner of Dwarka reads this and take action for required improvements. Front Desk staffs are very rude, arrogant & unprofessional. Hotel doesn't have even a wash room in it's lobby and while waiting for check in after check out, guests are told bu the Front Desk lady to use Staff toilet made outside in a tin shed container! Worst ever place I experienced during my 55 years ! The room has naked wires near the bed side Desk which gave us electric shocks. While the Owner is a nice elderly gentleman from UP, it's the staff of hotel whose arrogant behaviour makes the stay miserable !

Rooms are too good, clean and bright.. Banquet halls are extra ordinary ... Lot of space for car parking Amazing experience in this hotel... Wonderful staff, well maintained hotel, beautiful view .. Great atmosphere

massive place , excellent facilities though little outer from the main city but accessible, car parking ample place , rest rooms clean & hygienic , big dining area ....on the whole very satisfactory !!
