It's totally disappointed Ac not working There is no maintenance...room bed sheet pillow covers are so ugly And there is no heater in bathroom and water also not coming

It is not safe to stay here at Balaji hotel. Reception, people are drinking at the entrance reception place only. Definitely not recommended for families. Many of the ACs are not working. Rooms not Clean restroom are very bad. For solution for the parking, we have struck a lot. Starting, we have asked for the AC remote. They told me once you're back will turn on the AC after that, we are asking it. This AC will not work. Then why they are charging for AC room. No hot water will come in the morning. Bed are stinking very bad. Management should take care of this.

We occupied 5 rooms. No proper working of AC in almost 4 rooms. No proper response from the receptionist. The room is not clean and proper. Smell not good. No clean bed / bedsheet. I don't recommend it to family or friends.

Best economical hotel at puri. Best service.24 hrs electricity back up. Rooms are clean.Staff behaviour best. Book and enjoy best service

All the images are shared here is a fake, this hotel is the perfect example of sundhara travels, one of the worst and dirtiest hotel I ever seen in my life. I saw multiple cockroaches, bathroom don't have any lock, and everytime to open my room door I called them for help. A/C and Non A/C both are same, because A/C never works. I called them to fix it, but was never fixed. Bathroom locks are broken intentionally, so I am guessing something terrible might happened before. Bathroom pipes are broken, Again I called them to fix it. Very unsafe environment for women. Staffs are also very rude, so be very careful when you are about to argue. Because it will ruin your beautiful day. We booked multiple rooms for a marriage function, I got almost same feedback from all of my family members. I regret I should have taken a room photo and shared here.

Spacious room. Air condition and closet worked fine. That all. No drinking water and bath mat provided in the room. Had ask for basic amenities like bath towels. Staff not trained properly. Restaurant food was good. Book directly with the hotel to get 24 hours check out facility. Tiruchengode is a small town and traveller is left with limited option.

September 2019: Poor service. You will not even get a proper reply for what you ask. You will be charged for the facility that you don't avail. December 2019: Booked room in oyo and the room was booked! When we go to the hotel, they had shown the message that they have rejected the request from oyo! When we contacted oyo, they happily offered us to stay in a hotel in Erode which is 40 kms away! Time was 11:00pm ! We rejected the offer! But the hotel offered us the booked room! They clearly understood our problems and offered what we asked for! Two extreme situations ! But they helped us when we were in need!
