Solai Resort

One of the worst ever stay we have ever had. Fradulence in the name of resort !!! We a bunch of 10 guys stayed there. They charged 6500 for each room which was not even worth 2500. The management have no idea about basic amenities. Atleast hire some guys who can respond properly to customers and they should learn some manners. No wifi, No food , no swimming pool in the evening. Just utter nonsense. Kindly avoid this resort and better not ruin your vacation.

Manager chandru was very polite and cool guy arranged everything in correct time for my daughter wedding...he made us more comfortable...

Infrastructure is great. Room and bathroom are big. Park is nice. They charged Rs.1700 for non-AC room which is great. But they charged Rs.50 per bedsheet. Service needs improvement.

Decent rooms with good space and all the basic needs to stay. Bathrooms are clean and hygienic. Special mention about the park and swimming pool which is excellent. Both kids and adults will enjoy. Great Place and best option to prefer for accommodation for in and around Trichy.

Worst swimming pool. Rest rooms are not properly maintained. Water is dirty and Chlorine smell is very very high in the water. It is not recommended for kids. Pool Charges (1 hour) - 200 rupees per head (for all age groups )

The mahal was good and satisfied.. but the rooms were not satisfied and not good.. the seat covers in the bathroom were not closed and it was attached to it.. it was broken and kept down and the bathroom floor was slipping.. the bathroom was not good in room 228 and the tubelight was not working in 324.. totally unsatisfied with the room.. the bathroom of resort room are also bad..

Enjoyed very much.... Two function halls... Swimming pool to relax... Small eatery.... Enormous parking area...

Very worst service now a days. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked for help. The lack of professionalism was shocking. They not even know how to treat a guest.
