Service: The staff were really helpful. They voluntarily helped us use their services. They took good care of my 2.5 yrs old daughter during swimming (they gave her a life jacket even without asking), for food etc. Location: I love hill areas because the water is so clear and is really green. The resort cover large area and the facilities are great. The play ground was clean and well maintained. The pools were cleaned everyday too.. The corridors were so clean and trashless. The animals/ birds/ dining areas were well thought off. Rooms: This is where it lacked. There were no rooms for just 2 or 3 people. We were a group of 5 members (family). Yet it was really hard for us to change clothes. It would have been so much better if there are smaller rooms. The bathroom had a flatworm (scary) and it was not for tall people. I'm just 5ft and I could touch the ceiling of the bathroom. It was so small, smells weird and no hot water. The rooms could be renovated to match their competitors.

Disappointing Experience at SP Resort* Poor staff service, lack of maintenance, and overpriced. Not suitable for group visits. They prioritize making money over providing service. Avoid SP Resort! *Better Option:* Indie Hermitage (near SP Resort) offers excellent service, maintenance, and value for money. Perfect for groups and individuals looking for a comfortable stay.

While this is away from City, surrounding are green as it is situated in foot Hill, a canal is flowing in the front of the resort. Shutter water fall is 700 meter away. Food was really good. Manager was nice and courteous. Had a great experience. Have all facilities like two swimming pools, shuttle court, kids ride, birds, rabbit etc. Though little off road. Rooms are large and maintenance is good.

Very Fine Hospitality Location was awesome. U can get homemade food. Best place for Children Entertainment. Swimming Pool maintenance are good. Over all best Resort.

SP resorts is a great place for a family get-together. It's reasonably priced too. Hope they would add a Table tennis & Tennis court to enrich the time further.

It was one of the worst experiences ever. For the amount of money we paid we hardly had any sleep. Every night a group of guys party outside near the cafeteria with mics and speakers. They continued to sing n play music too loud till 3am one day. When we complained to the management they say they have informed the guests who were creating the nuisance. However they never stopped playing. Later when we asked the manager's phone number to complain, the staffs did not give us the number at all. That's when we understood the staffs just take money from those guests and did not do anything about the noise.

An awesome place to enjoy with friends as well as with family members with a neatly maintained swimming pool. The rooms were also tidy.
