The Townhall OMR Thoraipakkam - Unit of Prohotel

It was nice stay. 1) Nice and clean rooms. 2) Good housekeeping. 3) Complimentary breakfast is good with variety of choices. Below things needs some improvement. 1) Lift had frequent issues which need to take care. 2) and ground entrance should have someone representative from hotel side. 3) Light fluctuations in evening needs attention.

I would have rated 5 star if reception would have allowed my family member to stay in room for some time and not just for 10 mins. Nice hotel at affordable price. Clean room and premises. Amazing food and breakfast. Very accessible location in Thoraipakkam. I recommend to choose if you are looking for hotel rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Town Hall. The room was well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to Raju and his team for accommodating my early check-in request, which made my trip much smoother. The food was affordable yet delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. As this hotel is located on the 7th floor, city view from the room is good. Great value for money -- I'd highly recommend this place for budget-friendly stays!

The hotel management is now calling every 2 mins asking to change the review. This is the threatening, torturous and harassing. I came to visit my friend who came to the city and booked this hotel. When I came to visit they say guests are not allowed. They called 2 times 0.5 hours asking to vacate which is pathetic. What hotel doesn't allow guests? People come to other cities and book hotels. And not allowing friends/guests is not acceptable.

I stayed 2 days and at all times felt safe and comfortable. The staff are very good and takes care of me without a doubt. The manager Raju And everyone else is very warm and efficient. Every time I came to Chennai this will be my place.

Hotel Townhall is located at Tek Tower, Main Road. Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu is an excellent hotel in its class. I am staying here since 2023 and experienced that it's rooms, food, room service etc are all good. Entire tram of the Hotel is very well behaved and cooperative. My thanks to entire team of the hotel with special thanks to Mr Raju, who cooperate us a lot whenever we visit to the hotel.
