Siesta Town Hall

My company had provided accommodation in this Service Apartment. It's located on OMR near to sholinganallur Signal. There are small shops nearby and there is a North Indian small restaurant for people to enjoy. It was a 3 bedroom flat with each one assigned one bedroom. The room was spacious, had AC and TV at disposal with geyser in bathroom. Room service was good, cleaned every day and the boys were helpful too. The cook Mr Yadav was good. He was prompt on time and made homely food without much oil. Price for food was not expensive compared to surrounding hotels, plus you get the luxury of siting in your room till the hot food is served. You also get 2 English newspaper and there is a security on guard 24*7

This is a budget service apartment on OMR very close to Gateway Hotel. There is a nice little local coffee shop infront of the apartment complex. It seemed to me that the whole apartment complex has been converted to service apartment. They provide food on-demand. Each apartment has a service boy who looks after all guests staying in an apartment. The food can be customized based on your choice. Since they have tie-ups with local IT companies, they have a steady source of guests coming in & hence they maintain the place properly. Overall a good budget place to stay with basic amenities & decent food, in a safe & secured apartment complex.

This was my 2nd stay at this place. The 1st stay was a pleasant experience. However, this time the experience was very bad.||||When I checked-in late evening, I was allocated a room that had cockroaches in it. I complained to the caretaker who promptly changed my room. However, the new room had hordes of mosquitoes. No insecticide or mosquito coil could control them; so I had a tough time throughout the night. The next day, the staff did whatever they could to get rid of the mosquitoes. Thanks to their efforts, the next 2 nights were peaceful.||||Would expect from any guest house to be clean and hygienic, without pests. However, that was not case during this visit.

I stayed here for 27 days on an official trip to Chennai, nice room, nice people, nice service. Food quality is good, they did not let me miss north Indian food, I would definitely recommend this to others...

Facility is very clean, staff are courteous and service is excellent. When I arrived renovation was going on and I could not use gym. There is very limited car parking and the spread of breakfast is limited.
