Good in everything. I wish they keep someone who understands customer. I would have given 5 star if they keep someone who understands atleast Hindi or English. Otherwise everything is good. Value for money, good location, although bathrooms can be better.

Non hygiene room was provided. Not worth for amount charged. Intended to charge more than customer satisfaction. First thing they told was that you won't get the room for what was shown online that is in oyo website. If that is the case it should not be listed in oyo.

The rooms were unclean and then they charged me extra after going to the hotel even after paying online. After seeing the rooms we were so disappointed. There were around 50 plus bed bugs and the toilet is so dirty. We immediately left and asked for a refund. The owner didn't refund, instead asked us to check the other rooms. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Refused to check-in though I had a reservation confirmed to stay for 2 days . There was no communication earlier from the hotel or from the reservation partner until I reach the hotel around 9 pm. Seems hotel got better deal than what I paid and blamed the technical glitz from the reservation partner. The manager was very rude and didn't want to talk to me to resolve this. He said he is not responsible for accepting the reservation online and don't have anything to do with the payment accepted through the site. Had a real nightmare as I was not getting other options to change my stay nearby this area. Take your own risk if anyone wants to stay here. or go with another hotel reservation as a back up in case they don't allow you to check-in.

They are fraud , you will book and pay the whole amount but once one reach the property they will ask you for extra money and without that they will not let you check in and harass you like anything. Please stay away from this property.

Very worst oyo booking. We are booking at low cost in oyo app but when we reach the hotel they will not accept the oyo app price. They are asking extra amount to stay. Don't go with family or budget stay with oyo app.

I should not give even 1 star. Because I disappointed very much. They demand extra money. even I paid the extra money they didn't allowed me to checkout on evening. Only for 3 hours I paid 1000 rupees. Such a worst experience. They are not accepting the online booking and payments. They should consider others situations. But they are absolutely not. Only money. Reserved room via OYO. The price is completely different. Don't know why this happens booking rooms via site. Affordable price with extra bed for per day. Room service is fine, power socket and switches needs to be replaced. The room which we were stayed have damaged power units. It's been located in Okkiyampettai, walkable distance from bus stop. But hard to find, in map it's showing other location and even the poster(senthamizh residency) is not visible. We need to find.
