Essentia Premier Hotel Chennai OMR

Very nice and secure place to stay. My daughter stayed there for about fifteen days and her stay was made very comfortable and feel at home by their staff. Special thanks to Mr Fredrick Henderson , front office manager, for giving excellent room and taking care of all our security concerns. Would certainly recommend the place to all the woman travelling to the city .

Differently a great place to take your family for dine out. They have a magician performing for children which is great and entertaining. Food was good in terms of taste and quality. To talk about the negative part, most of the waiters don't speak proper english and they mistook the food orders and each waiter gave a different type of suggestions for the food. At last my brother in law had to convey it in Hindi to make them understand. However, this is a wonderful place but very expensive for the quantity they provide.

We conducted a 2-day employee training program at this hotel. The overall experience was great. The food was tasty and well-served. Special thanks to Meera Thapa and Priyanka for their excellent support and hospitality throughout the event. The service was smooth and well-coordinated. Highly appreciate the team's effort.

Exceptional staff (security, valet, reception and help desk) . Short over night stay but very happy with the hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Hotel is well maintained. Deluxe twin room was comfortable. Will strongly recommend.

I recently stayed at Essentia premium hotel and was extremely impressed by the housekeeping service by MARI & MAHESH. The rooms were clean, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Fresh linens and toiletries were provided daily, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Food in restaurant was also good in taste and the restaurant service at the hotel was exceptional! The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained hotel with spacious room.

Absolutely pathetic experience in this hotel! The floor was not clean. Mosquitoes and other insects flying everywhere. Iron sprays out dust. Iron boards are broken. My laundry was sent to a different room. The coffee powder and green tea is not replenished until you ask them to. For the name 'Essentia' they don't even provide you with basic hotel essentials!

Recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and the bathroom was very well-maintained. The service was top-notch with professionalism and the complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent. It's rare to find such clean and comfortables accommodations in Chennai with a great breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping and room service are very good and everyone is very courteous. There is scope for improving buffet breakfast. Room is kept clean. Overall our stay in Essentia is very pleasant very and we would certainly stay there again when we visit Chennai.
