Pathetic service, the guy who takes bookings there has so much of attitude. I am regular guest there. Every day in a week I come over for a stay. First point, he does not even remember my face, or my number or anything for that matter. Very rudely he talks making us feel that he is doing some favour giving us the place to stay. I would have recommended this place for stay, but from the last 2 experiences I have got, this would be the last place that I would come over for a stay or recommend to people. I hope the mgmt takes some course of action to correct situations there. Else you will see how slowly the place will start to push away customers.

Worst service 1. AC Complaint 2. Water is unhygienic for usage(Brown Color). 3. No bill on vacating, maintaining only note for details 4. Location is not feasible for parking 5. No proper support on call 6. No billing interface, just sharing manipulated image of wrong bill.(when asked for proper bill started lying that trail version billing software so data got deleted) Replying to Comment: Now even started lying, I paid 1800/- Shared wrong bill of 2800/- screenshot and not even maintaining proper billing data, they are manipulating GST fraud by collecting and not depositing. Check the reception for billing interface before check-in, don't pay unless valid bills are provided. They main booklet, be aware.
